The front desk service was incredibly warm and proactive; they even upgraded our room! Check-in was super quick, and they upgraded our room type. We booked three rooms together and extended our stay for two more days. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Highly recommend! The location is also excellent.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to Zhengning Street, Zhangye Road, Zhongshan Bridge, and other attractions. A huge plus, especially in the old city, is the abundance of free parking spaces. Upon check-in, the front desk, located on the 5th floor, noticed we had two children and proactively upgraded our room. They even mentioned that the two beds could be pushed together and offered assistance if needed, plus complimentary breakfast for the kids. Breakfast on the 7th floor was plentiful and thoughtfully prepared – not just a lot of options that are actually useless, making it perfect for families traveling with children.

Extremely satisfied! The city and Yellow River views are stunning, right there in front of you. The room was spacious, truly befitting Lanzhou's tallest hotel – it gave me a 'Lanzhou Manhattan' vibe. This time I stayed with my kids and the service was excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was meticulously cleaned – no dust or hair anywhere, not even in the corners. It offers great value for money and has complete facilities. The hotel's surroundings are pleasant, and the transportation is convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. It's only 800 meters from Nanguan Night Market and not far from Zhongshan Bridge, both within walking distance. There are tons of restaurants right outside the hotel, so you'll never have to worry about finding something to eat. Highly recommended for its excellent value!

Overall, my stay was very good. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast selection is rich and high-quality. They offer a free gym and dry-cleaning service, making the facilities comprehensive and practical. I was very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and amenities. It's excellent value for money; to get this kind of setup and experience for just over 400 yuan is incredibly cost-effective. However, the check-in experience with some front desk staff significantly impacted my overall impression. The first female employee who assisted me during check-in was extremely unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and had a perfunctory attitude. I had to wait over ten minutes for check-in without being proactively informed or having any reasonable arrangements made. When I asked about the waiting time, her response was curt. I tried to have my family wait in the hotel's lounge area but was told it wasn't allowed, causing us to go back and forth. There was no thoughtful guidance throughout, which was very frustrating and made for a terrible experience. Fortunately, a different front desk staff member took over. They were enthusiastic, professional, and patient, communicating smoothly and efficiently completing our check-in with a thoughtful touch, which helped restore some of my positive feelings. In summary: The hotel's hardware, dining, amenities, and environment are all impeccable and highly recommended. The only downside is that some front desk staff have a weak service意识 (service awareness), are unskilled, and lack communication, leading to inconsistent service levels. I hope the hotel can strengthen professional training and service management for its front desk staff to standardize service and prevent such poor reception issues from recurring.

The hotel has a great location, close to the museum and a pedestrian street with many food stalls. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Bridge, where people can relax and enjoy tea while admiring the beautiful Yellow River. The breakfast was good with a wide selection. The front desk staff were helpful. Overall, Lanzhou is a great city to visit. Ibis is a good accommodation choice.

The hotel is very good, located in the city center, with a subway station and snack street just outside, making it very convenient for eating and taking a bus. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and bright, with good sound insulation. The hotel's front desk service is warm and thoughtful. This is our second time staying at the O'Jesse Hotel. The room's lounge area and washroom are separate, ensuring privacy. The front desk service is meticulous and attentive, fulfilling requests promptly. Check-in and check-out processes are quick, and both the restaurant and room service are responsive and thorough. The hotel's location is good, about a 15-minute walk from Exit D of Xiguan Station on Metro Line 1. It's also a 5-minute walk from the New Victory Hotel Airport Shuttle Bus Line 2 stop. The room faces the residential area, so there's no view, but it's very quiet. You can barely hear heavy rain outside, and noise from next door isn't an issue unless people are very loud. The desk is very practical; I almost always choose hotels with a desk now.

The front desk service was very good, and the hygiene was also very good. The only drawback was that there was a KTV upstairs. On the first night, I was woken up by the singing of a man upstairs. The singing was not good and all were old songs. I couldn't sing up to the tune, and it was completely out of tune. I hope that if this man comes out to sing, he will practice more at home and not torture other people's ears. The next day, I asked the front desk to give me earplugs and I slept well. Overall, the price-performance ratio is still very good. It is very close to Zhongshan Bridge and Zhangye Night Market, and you can walk there. There is a vegetable market within a ten-minute walk from the hotel. The fresh lilies and soft pears recommended by the taxi driver are local specialties.
