Hotels in Lanzhou Customs/Wuyue Plaza, Lanzhou

Convenient for travel, perfect for concert-goers. The hotel just reopened after a full renovation. The doorman was polite, and the breakfast was excellent, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialty beef noodles. The guest relations manager even upgraded our room for free and gave us recommendations for local food and attractions.

The room is located right on the plaza, near a subway exit, which is super convenient for shopping and dining. However, the cleaning wasn't very thorough. Maybe it's because it's a busy place or the rooms are too large, but there were some lint fibers on the bedsheets. Everything else was pretty good, and it offers great value for money.

The room was small, much smaller than in the photos, but very clean and cozy! The room was on the second floor of the hotel, and there was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up myself. Luckily, the staff were very helpful and carried it up for me; I was very grateful! The front desk staff were all very welcoming! The bathroom was rather basic; the shower area didn't have a glass or curtain separating it, but thankfully there was a separate wet and dry area! The biggest drawback was the soundproofing… I could hear snoring and muffled talking from next door in the middle of the night… thankfully, the noise wasn't loud, just faint!

The room is comfortable and smart. The mobile phone can cast screens. It is very close to the subway station. Downstairs is the snack street and shopping mall. It is convenient to eat, drink and shop. The front desk service is very good. The takeaway is delivered by a small robot. The overall experience is good.

The room was spotless, breakfast was plentiful, and the service was prompt. I even got a free room upgrade this time, which made for a really pleasant stay. The hotel is quite new, so it was very comfortable, and I got to witness a sunrise over the Yellow River. Downstairs is the Yintan Wetland Park, which is great for a stroll.

Hotel location is very good to find, convenient transportation, eating and shopping around is very convenient. The room was cleaned very clean, no smell, the bed was soft and hard to sleep very comfortable, the staff service was intimate and welcoming, the facilities were perfect, the price was super high, it was worth staying!

The location is relatively remote, far away from the Zhongshan Bridge scenic spots, so the price is relatively low. It's close to Lanzhou Old Street, so you can take a taxi there. The room is the standard for all seasons. No complaints and no special highlights. I trust the brand.

The room has good lighting, good hygiene and no smell. The big bed is very decompressed to sleep, and you can relax when you lie down. The facilities are complete and easy to use, the staff is gentle, the price is online, and I will choose this one next time.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable, and the location was convenient for getting around and finding good restaurants. This was my first time in Lanzhou, and my first stay at a Hampton by Hilton, all thanks to the Lanzhou Marathon. The hotel was the first pleasant surprise and heartwarming experience I had upon arriving in Lanzhou. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was taken aback by the staff's warmth and the inviting ambiance. I even received a complimentary room upgrade, and they thoughtfully prepared a Lanzhou Marathon participant kit, which included an adorable bronze horse figurine that I absolutely loved! There were also local treats like Sanpao Tai tea and beef noodles. After the marathon, it started raining, and as soon as I got out of the taxi, staff members were there with umbrellas to greet me. Inside, they had towels, hot water, various fruits, and snacks ready – so incredibly thoughtful. My three-day stay was truly fantastic. Because of your excellent service, I've grown to love Lanzhou even more, and I'll definitely be back!
