The hotel is relatively tall, close to the old street, and the old street is right at the door. The location is excellent. When we left the car, the hotel did not record the license plate in time. I turned back to pay the fee, and drove back and forth in the underground parking lot for half an hour. Finally, I went out from the entrance where I entered. It showed that the fee was still charged. I called the front desk again and talked for a long time. After a long time, the pole was raised, which made me feel better. I immediately felt depressed. The details were not done very well. The license plate was registered but not confirmed (it was my fault that I didn't write it down clearly), which wasted time. Another point is that a deposit of 300 yuan is required. I don’t understand that a five-diamond hotel has this process. I think it is not suitable for such a hotel and it is unnecessary. There don't seem to be many people who charge deposits now. Overall it's pretty good. This is just a small mistake. I hope it won't happen next time.

The room has a nice river view and a good bed. It’s well designed and has what’s needed, it would be nice to add the bath robe though. Breakfast is also good.
