酒店非常人性化，我是幫家人訂的，因為忙無法親自帶家人辦理入住，但是據我所知，酒店前台的服務真的讓我非常欣慰，前台工作人員不僅熱情招待，因為長者家不便操作，還幫忙給長者點外賣，事事有迴應，非常貼心！酒店房間衞生也很乾凈，位置也離市中心不遠，去蘭州西站、蘭州鐵橋都很方便！，這個是酒店讓發的，但是實際情況也和這個差不多，服務挺好，父母在這住了7天，中途我提出説換個酒店，去別的酒店體驗下，父母也沒同意，不是旅遊季，價格也特別合適！

提前説明需要安靜的房間，前台小姐姐也很認真的幫忙篩選分配合適的房間。房間內部打掃的很乾凈，就是開業時間有點長了，設施稍微有些磨損。
估計是太忙，酒店忘了送歡迎水果，提醒後也及時讓機器人送了上來～
酒店早餐很豐盛，味道也好，對於出行飲食不太習慣，靠酒店早餐過活的人來説簡直太棒了～
check out的時候，前台還送了小禮物～
