Since I am traveling for a long time, I will always choose this hotel when I come to Lanzhou. The hotel's management, environment and service are getting better and better. Zhang Yanling and Pei Jing at the front desk were as enthusiastic as ever. They not only introduced the hotel's latest services, but also recommended the latest restaurants nearby, which helped me avoid a lot of pitfalls😁. The hotel's facilities have been constantly updated, the sanitary environment is still as tidy as before, and the service at the front desk is becoming more and more enthusiastic. We had a Family suite and it was very luxury. Breakfast was the Best we had in China. The Location of the Hotel was absolut perfekt for us so close to the trainstation. Perfekt stay, Thank you! Absolut worth to mention: very very good Matratze! Normale in China they are too Hard - but this one was Heaven so we stayed longer then planed

Convenient transportation, less than ten minutes walk is Zhengning Night Market; the front desk lady is very patient and enthusiastic, the little brother solves the problem smoothly, timely and thoughtful, and has a strong ability to empathize; Not to mention that the hotel corridors and rooms are carpeted, which can minimize the noise caused by luggage dragging and table and chair dragging. The Fengqingxuan black tea bags, tea soup and Huigan are really amazing, it is a taste level of advanced, it can be seen that it is attentive to treat guests!

Not bad. Good value for money. The room next to the elevator was given to me. There were people entering and exiting the elevator. It was a bit noisy, but it was okay. The breakfast was also good. The aunt at breakfast was very enthusiastic. After checking out, I wanted to store our luggage. The front desk also helped us store it. It was relatively close to the two night markets. The best room we stayed in during the 10-day trip
The 203 was a bit off-putting, so I immediately helped change it to the 303.
There are welcome fruits, peaches are delicious. The lemon tea and sour plum soup in the lobby are delicious
The room has 3 beds, which is very comfortable for a family of 4. There is also a projection
The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the light in the bathroom. It's too smart. It turns on automatically when I want it to be turned off, and turns off automatically when I want it to be on.

First of all, the room is super comfortable, and the bed is moderately soft and hard, which makes me sleep well all night. When I woke up in the morning, I opened the curtains, and the sun filled the whole room, and I felt that the whole world was bright~
Breakfast is also a highlight! The rich and diverse food choices of the Western restaurant on the first floor make me, a little foodie, simply can't stop. The service is also super thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, every employee is warm and friendly, which makes me feel the warmth of home. Especially the front desk lady Koala, with a sweet smile and a friendly attitude, is really a pleasure. The location of this hotel is also very convenient, and the surrounding transportation is well developed, which is very convenient for shopping and playing. YYunziwuxin.Orange Crystal is pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, very close to Lanzhou West Station, the taxi starting price is about ten minutes walk. In the evening, you can go to Zhongshan Bridge to see the night view, and go to Xinguang Night Market to eat some snacks. It is also very close to Gansu Provincial Museum, where you can see the museum's BMW Stepping on Flying Swallow and learn about the history of the Hexi Corridor.

The bed was so soft and comfy, the large tub was perfect to soak in, the room was spacious and very clean, and the view gorgeous! English is widely spoken and the staff were very professional, welcoming, helpful, and presentable. The gym and pool are also international 5-star hotel quality too. Just perfect!! So good, I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to fly out the next day, highly recommend!

YYimulanThe hotel is very close to Xiguan subway station, but you need to go through an underground passage. There is a shopping mall downstairs. Take the elevator to the 9th floor according to the instructions to check in. The room is very large, and we were upgraded to a large room. There is unlimited water, and the front desk also has homemade sour plum soup, orange juice and apricot peel tea. The service is very good. Going to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and Baita Park is just at the end of the road, which is very convenient.

They have free airport shuttle! (In the mornings anyways). Which I managed to catch. Otherwise it is walkable to the airport at just 1 kilometer from the airport!

SShahzanDiDi ride to the hotel was easy and check-in was smooth. We loved that pedestrian street Zhangye Road was just 150 meters from the hotel and night market Da Zhong Xiang was 500 meters. The hotel has two elevator locations, one right under the sign that says Courtyard Hotel and another one through a small alley on the right side of Bank of Gansu which you will see is situated in the same building as the hotel. Must go to 5th floor for reception. Bathroom amenities and towels were replaced daily. Small issue is some parts of room were dusty, window not cleaned and I wished there was a bidet spray for washing.

Facilities: The rooms are spacious, they are cleaned every day, and anything that is lacking is always filled.
Breakfast: There is a variety of food, and I highly recommend the beef noodles prepared by the chef.
What is lacking:
I think it would be good to prepare an ice maker for foreigners, or prepare ice separately.
It would be nice if you could prepare orange juice or lemon juice as a cold drink. It was my first time trying warm orange juice.
