The check-in staff has a strong sense of service, the hotel facilities are also very good, and the swimming pool is very clean, so it is worth recommending.

SSerenananAlisa checked us in and was incredibly welcoming. When she heard it was our first time in Lanzhou, she even got us a Hyatt-made map and gave us some simple travel tips! She was so enthusiastic and thoughtful! The hotel is across from a park, and you can also see the Yellow River, which is perfect for those who enjoy a morning stroll. Waking up to the view of the Yellow River is incredibly refreshing. The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff were very diligent every day (usually, after the second day of a consecutive stay, the cleaning can feel a bit less thorough, but here it was consistently excellent). The breakfast had a great variety, and I absolutely loved the freshly fried Youtiao (Chinese crullers) — they were delicious! All the staff, from the gym to the concierge and the restaurant, were so friendly! I absolutely love the Hyatt Lanzhou! I'll definitely be back!

As soon as we checked in, they proactively helped us plan our local itinerary, meticulously recommending authentic nearby eateries and specialty snacks. They also patiently explained how to best experience each attraction. Any questions we had about travel or dining were addressed immediately. Their attentive service throughout our stay made us feel completely at home. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – no stress getting around! We could walk to the night market and all the major attractions. There are countless food stalls nearby, allowing us to easily explore local scenic spots and enjoy the food. What's rare is that despite being in a bustling commercial area, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet. It perfectly blends convenience with tranquility. After a day of exploring, we could return to our room and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, completely undisturbed by the street noise. The stay included a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialty noodles. The food was authentic and delicious, ensuring we started each day full of energy before heading out. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable and elegant overall ambiance. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or families. From service and location to environment and dining, everything was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. Choosing this hotel in Lanzhou is definitely a safe bet! The next time I visit Lanzhou, I will prioritize staying at Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Lanzhou. Highly recommended!

EElika7238This hotel is very close to Xi'an North Railway Station, and they offer round-trip shuttle service. The driver, an older gentleman, was very responsible. He saw that there wasn't enough room for two people and waited for another car to arrive to ensure they were settled before driving off. The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good, with plenty of milk and delicious stir-fried dishes. When we checked out, they even gave us a complimentary 'San Pao Tai' (a local tea). It will be even more convenient once the South Square is open.

I changed the room, and it also started to smell the next day, which was a big deduction. But I booked it mainly for the gym they cooperate with, which is really good. It would be even better if the hotel had a laundry room.

GGuest UserCame with the kids for a weekend getaway. The hotel is very upscale and grand, with an impressively high lobby and new, stylish facilities. The front desk being on the 51st floor was a bit inconvenient. The room was clean, but the air conditioning had an issue; the first room was too hot, and we had to switch rooms. However, the service was excellent and very accommodating. They handled problems immediately. A manager with an accent, in particular, was incredibly efficient in resolving our issue. Definitely worth staying again.

The shared bathroom was also spotless, and each toilet door had weatherstripping to prevent loud noise when closing—great attention to detail! The owner was also very welcoming, and the hostel's color scheme was very sophisticated. It's very close to the Yellow River, with a bus stop right outside, making it convenient to get to any tourist attractions. It's also close to Lanzhou Old Street and the West Railway Station.

GGuest UserIt's a youth hostel in the community, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The boss remotely controlled me to find the location hahaha, it's very considerate. It's just a distribution of several space capsules in one room, and there are different choices, but it will still disturb others. If you want to pursue quietness, it's difficult. Other places are good. There are no pictures, I have deleted them, I'll just post three pictures haha
