FFionafanttThe room, as always, maintained Hanting's consistent style: clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! 👍

✅ Complimentary shuttle service is a huge plus: Just contact them in advance, and they'll arrange a pick-up from Lanzhou West Station. For your return, they'll drop you off at the subway entrance, so you don't have to lug your luggage far. The driver was friendly and punctual.
✅ Convenient location and transportation: It's close to Lanzhou West Station, with easy access to the subway and buses, making it very convenient to get to downtown attractions.
✅ Comfortable and smart rooms: Opened in 2024, the facilities are new. The entire room is smart-enabled (XiaoDu controls lights/curtains), and it features a smart toilet. It's clean and the bedding is comfortable.
✅ Thoughtful and attentive service: The front desk staff enthusiastically helped with luggage. Breakfast includes authentic Lanzhou beef noodles, and amenities like free parking and a laundry room are all available.
Excellent value for money. For accommodation near West Station, you can't go wrong with this place!

GGuest UserThe stay was very comfortable. It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is the first hotel with such a suitable price and good environment in this area of Zhangye Road. The front desk service is also super good, very enthusiastic, smiling and greeting, and the appearance is neat and tidy. The room is also very clean, and the facilities are also complete, including disposable bath towels and disposable toilet seats, which are not available in most hotels. The details are heartwarming. A cute coffee cup was given when checking out. I will stay here again next time.

The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient; check-in was quick and seamless, and they even proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was spotless, the bedding felt comfortable to the touch, and the toiletries were all reputable brands, making my stay as comfortable as being at home. The location is also incredibly convenient, with a subway entrance right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The service was attentive and prompt, not perfunctory at all! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

VVixieThe hotel is very close to Xiguan (D exit). There are lots of mini markets, malls, clothes stores and night markets around the hotel.
A bus stop is close too, 1 minute away from the building. You can stop taxi from there. It took around 15 minutes (under 20 yuan) to go to Lanzhou West Station by taxi.
There are also bus going to the zoo and Moshui Danxia close by. You can buy the tickets online or there.
Apart from 2 bottles of mineral water, they provide a small dispenser as well.
Xiaodu Xiaodu (AI) is quite smart compared to the AI in the previous hotels we stayed at 😂
Note for international travellers: Make sure you bring the universal adaptor. They only have the I I type socket. (Check the pic)

LLiyang AndrewOn the map this hotel is about 900m away from the Lanzhou West train station, but I would advise you to take a taxi/ride-hail vehicle if you have large/heavy luggage. You have to either cross an overhead bridge without lift to reach the hotel, and because the stretch of road has buildings beside it that are undergoing construction, it can be a bit difficult to navigate the footpath which sometimes spills over to the road. Alternatively, you can take the metro for one stop and backtrack, but you would have to put your luggage through the scanner, let security test your liquids in the luggage, etc.
There is a convenience store outside the hotel, but otherwise there isn't much shopping to be done. The location is good only because it is near the train station.

MMinShanHuaWithin easy walking distance to the train station - ideal for solo travellers, but far enough to not feel swamped in the crowds. The staff are friendly and personable, always happy to help and have a nice chat. This is a decent budget hotel, and was exactly what i would expect but the warmness and welcoming enviroment created by the staff was above and beyond and helped me feel at ease. Theres a small convinience store directly next to it with various shops and restaurants in the adjacent area providing useful. The bathroom couldve been a little cleaner, and the shower had some problems with water pressure and cleanliness but nothing bad enough to affect my stay. i will reccomend this place to any foreign friends staying in Lanzhou!

GGuest UserIt is quite close to the College of Arts and Sciences, and it needs to go around. The room is large, the bed is large, the quilt is thick and warm, the lighting is very good, and the night view can be seen at night. The boss sister is very good, very warm, kind and talkative. If you have an exam the next day, my sister said that you don't have to check out at 12 o'clock (I checked in at 6 o'clock in the evening, if it exceeds 24 hours, it should not work). This will not be finished, there is no wireless network, public toilets have no hand sanitizer and toilet paper and other toiletries, you can ask if you mind.

GGuest UserIt's a youth hostel in the community, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The boss remotely controlled me to find the location hahaha, it's very considerate. It's just a distribution of several space capsules in one room, and there are different choices, but it will still disturb others. If you want to pursue quietness, it's difficult. Other places are good. There are no pictures, I have deleted them, I'll just post three pictures haha

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
