"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Yellow River with a beautiful view! The service was professional and warm. The hotel staff knew we were traveling with a child and kindly helped combine the beds and provided children's toiletries in advance! The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the Lanzhou noodles which were very fragrant! The front desk lady was gentle and professional, and the concierge staff were very polite when handling our deliveries and even had hot water. It was a very pleasant stay."

"This hotel is great! The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and being on a high floor, the view was fantastic. We booked this hotel for both the start and end of our major loop trip. When we were considering adding breakfast, the front desk recommended Mo Gou Yan Beef Noodles, a famous old establishment nearby, which was less than a 5-minute walk away. We ended our trip perfectly with a relaxing bath. Thinking about my child's upcoming final exams, the front desk even helped print some homework for them for free! I highly recommend this place to anyone stopping in Lanzhou."

The executive lounge's afternoon tea and dinner were both excellent, high-quality, and the service was superb. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a smart toilet which was incredibly convenient. I also appreciated the vanity in the bathroom – no more standing to do my hair and makeup! The room was very quiet with a nice view. From the front desk to the restaurant and executive lounge, the service was consistently excellent. Parking was easy with plenty of available spots."

"This hotel is located in Lanzhou Old Street, offering a quiet retreat amidst a bustling area. We were upgraded to a quieter room, which really made for a comfortable night's sleep. The facilities are good too; it would be even more convenient if there was a coffee table to place things on. What truly impressed me the most was the hotel's service. All the staff members were warm and friendly, including the cleaning aunties, who provided timely and attentive service. They even thoughtfully prepared a 'cheer-up' kit for us participants of the Lanzhou Marathon, which included various snacks, cooling patches, and band-aids – something I've never encountered before! There was also a special backdrop in the hotel lobby, showing how much effort Lanzhou as a city put into making this event a success. It was truly touching. The hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Matan Metro Station, with plenty of bus routes nearby. I really enjoyed Lanzhou Old Street; it has everything for dining, lodging, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lanzhou."

"The hotel is located very close to the Lanzhouxi railway station , it serves the purpose of coming and leaving from Lanzhouxi. The hotel was kind to provide shuttle service to and from the railway station. It's close to the Gansu museum. We had a short visit to Lanzhou and this hotel suits me. Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated."

The front desk staff smiled during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom facilities were new, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles were especially delicious. "I traveled over a thousand kilometers to Lanzhou for a weekend getaway, and this hotel truly warmed my heart! Arriving late at night in the snow, the handsome receptionist was incredibly welcoming. He not only upgraded my room but also lent me an umbrella and patiently explained super practical sightseeing routes, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. The location is absolutely amazing! It's a 5-minute walk to Nanguan Ethnic Street and a 10-minute walk to Zhengning Road Night Market, making it impossible to stop exploring and eating. There's an authentic Lanzhou noodle shop right across the street from the hotel, so a bowl of noodles in the morning is a complete energy booster! It's also super close to the Eighth Route Army Office (next to Nanguan Ethnic Street), making it easy to walk back to the hotel after visiting the attractions. This time, I happened to be there during a rare snowfall in Lanzhou, and the city center was surprisingly quiet. The hotel felt like a little haven hidden in the heart of the city. Sipping coffee, watching the snow fall, and looking out the window created a wonderful atmosphere that instantly cured my fatigue! The room was spotless, the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up, and the service was incredibly attentive and responsive. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was delicious – perfect for a satisfying meal before heading off to explore! Stay here when visiting Lanzhou; the experience on a snowy day was simply divine! Not only is it great value for money, but it also made you feel right at home. It's not far from Jinqiang and Mogouyan beef noodles, both are delicious, but Jinqiang's beef feels a bit softer and more fragrant!"
