"I booked the Hyatt for the Lanzhou Marathon! The hotel is located right at the 16KM mark of the marathon route! On race day, the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast, including packed fruit, yogurt, and bread – it was incredibly considerate! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. Downstairs, you'll find the Waterwheel Park, and it's very close to Zhongshan Bridge and the Reader's Museum. The hotel staff were fantastic; the concierge, restaurant, and fitness center teams were all great. Rita at the front desk was particularly warm and welcoming and recommended some delicious local food. Thank you! I was pleasantly surprised to find that this Hyatt in Lanzhou even has a self-service laundry room!"

"I chose this hotel for a last-minute business trip, and it exceeded my expectations – I felt very comfortable staying here. The location is near a commercial area, just a few minutes' walk to the subway. It's convenient for dining and shopping, and not noisy at night. The room isn't huge, but the layout is comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation. Housekeeping is meticulous; the desk, outlets, and even the edges of the wardrobe were clean. The bedding was just the right firmness, very relaxing to lie on. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were naturally friendly without being stiff; check-out was also efficient. The cleaning staff would greet me proactively, which was a nice warm detail. The only minor drawback is that the mini-bar selection isn't extensive, but it's perfectly adequate for a regular stay. The hotel entrance is grand and imposing, and the courtyard's landscaping and lighting are very trendy. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly attentive and gentle, always doing their best to accommodate any requests. The rooms are fully automated and very smart. What truly stood out was how meticulously clean everything was – it's rare to find a hotel in the Northwest without a speck of dust! It felt very welcoming. The Gansu Provincial Museum is also not far, within walking distance. The hotel upgraded me to a viewing room, which was quite spacious, so my stay was pleasant."

"I traveled over a thousand kilometers to Lanzhou for a weekend getaway, and this hotel truly warmed my heart! Arriving late at night in the snow, the handsome receptionist was incredibly welcoming. He not only upgraded my room but also lent me an umbrella and patiently explained super practical sightseeing routes, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. The location is absolutely amazing! It's a 5-minute walk to Nanguan Ethnic Street and a 10-minute walk to Zhengning Road Night Market, making it impossible to stop exploring and eating. There's an authentic Lanzhou noodle shop right across the street from the hotel, so a bowl of noodles in the morning is a complete energy booster! It's also super close to the Eighth Route Army Office (next to Nanguan Ethnic Street), making it easy to walk back to the hotel after visiting the attractions. This time, I happened to be there during a rare snowfall in Lanzhou, and the city center was surprisingly quiet. The hotel felt like a little haven hidden in the heart of the city. Sipping coffee, watching the snow fall, and looking out the window created a wonderful atmosphere that instantly cured my fatigue! The room was spotless, the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up, and the service was incredibly attentive and responsive. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was delicious – perfect for a satisfying meal before heading off to explore! Stay here when visiting Lanzhou; the experience on a snowy day was simply divine! Not only is it great value for money, but it also made you feel right at home. "The service here is excellent, the environment is great, and the views are beautiful. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the concierge desk are all very friendly. Xiao Wang from the concierge even proactively brought a fruit platter to my room. "Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Good Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page."

"The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. It's right next to Yintan Wetland Park, and my kids absolutely loved the themed room. They could swim every day, and the room was cleaned and tidied daily. The front desk service was warm and welcoming. We stayed on the 30th floor, and we could see the beautiful night view of 'Lanhattan' in the evening. Overall, I was very satisfied. Getting around by taxi was also very convenient.
