GGuest UserThe breakfast was fantastic, with a special Lanzhou beef noodle bar, fruits, and various pastries – all super delicious! The room was also beyond expectations. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were so cozy I fell asleep in an instant. The bathroom with its wet/dry separation was perfect for two people, ensuring no one disturbed the other. The lobby design was also very elegant. Overall, it was a really great stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

AAfeiAfiaReally good! The front desk service was excellent. They gave us a welcome coffee box and a small cake upon arrival. After a nap in the afternoon, complimentary goodnight milk was delivered, which was a very thoughtful touch. Every time we left, the front desk greeted us with a 'hello.' They also kindly extended our check-out by an hour for free, which was much appreciated! 🙏 Complimentary afternoon tea (2 mousse cakes, 2 coffees) during our stay: Great.

GGuest UserThe view from the window was absolutely stunning, overlooking the Yellow River. Both the daytime and nighttime scenery made for fantastic photos. The parking attendants, both at the entrance and in the underground garage, were incredibly diligent and responsible, always enthusiastically directing traffic. The cleaning staff were also very kind. The robot delivery for takeout was a lifesaver, saving me countless trips downstairs. Overall, it was a really great experience during my stay in Lanzhou.

WWWYy997First of all, this hotel has a good location, very close to the railway station and commercial areas. The hotel environment and room layout are very suitable for business trips. The sound insulation between rooms is very good. It is on a high floor and completely isolated from the outside noise. It is very friendly to people like me who prefer a quiet environment. The breakfast buffet is also very rich. I am also very grateful to the front desk staff of 049 Wang Zhiyuan for his attentive service. I will come again next time.

The only downside was the room service, which was a bit slow, but I assume that was due to staff shortages during the New Year period. The hotel has a nice night view and a very good location.

Ppowerlong88Having stayed at Days Inn several times in the US, I didn't hesitate to choose it here in Lanzhou. The location is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yellow River Iron Bridge! I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfy, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night and get some excellent rest. The bathroom facilities were complete, with stable hot water and good quality toiletries. The front desk lady was beautiful, kind, warm, and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient, and she patiently answered all my questions. AAnonymous UserFacilities: Good Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Good Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and well laid out. I decided to choose this hotel after reading online reviews. I chose Lanzhou as the last stop of my 12-day May Day holiday. It was also the most comfortable night I slept. The bedding is of high quality. People with mysophobia don't need to use their own sheets. The details are the most touching. The service staff are all sweet girls. Xiao Guo and Linda are so pretty. The service attitude is also super good, patient and meticulous. The location of the hotel is great. The National Museum is just a short walk away. There are many delicious foods, such as hand-pulled beef noodles and mutton skewers.
