GGuest UserOur first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond. No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay there again without question.

DDelubeikeduanzhixuanThe hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, especially the guy at the front desk, who speaks fluent English and gave us a lot of local travel tips. There are a variety of breakfasts, and Moroccan traditional pancakes and mint tea are especially recommended! The terrace on the top floor has a great view, overlooking the sunset at the port of Tangier, and it is a great place to take photos.
In addition, this trip to Morocco was made thanks to the arrangement of the tour guide ** Xiaolin**. The itinerary was reasonable, the explanation was professional, and he took us to eat a lot of authentic food. Friends in need can add him on WeChat (👉 *************** 👈), he is super nice and can help you plan a cost-effective itinerary!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the room is similar to expectations. Because I wanted to take CTM to Shefshavan, I wanted to find a place close to the station to stay, so I chose this hotel and walked for 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly. The room is large, the bathroom and shower are separated, breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, there are several options, it is good. There is a bank opposite the hotel, and there is a small shop to buy a phone card. It is more convenient.

JJulia BenredjemThe hotel is perfectly located with a mini-travel to Medina. The hotel staff is very friendly and premature. Due to the low location, there was a fixed menu with many choices as dinner instead of the buffet. I wish the staff had better communicated with the kitchen and only bring the next walk when the previous one was finished so that the food is not cold. Otherwise I can recommend it very much if you need a transition hotel, for example, before traveling.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold.
Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
