The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, especially the guy at the front desk, who speaks fluent English and gave us a lot of local travel tips. There are a variety of breakfasts, and Moroccan traditional pancakes and mint tea are especially recommended! The terrace on the top floor has a great view, overlooking the sunset at the port of Tangier, and it is a great place to take photos. Good area, kasbah medina within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The rooms are exactly as in the photo, small but clean and not tired, cleaning every day (quickly and cleanly). Our room overlooked the road but it was not noisy, inside the hotel it was also quiet. Breakfasts are delicious, buffet on the 5th floor, after 11 there is a restaurant there. Many thanks to all the girls at the reception, very friendly and helped with everything. Price-service is a very good option.

The hotel is clean, bright and very pleasant. We had a spacious room for three people clean, with a closet and a tumb, so it was convenient to accommodate. The toilet was separate from the room, but it was only for our use and also quite spacious. The location is convenient: about five minutes walk to Grand Socco, that is, almost the center. With a suitcase on the Medina a little walk will still have to go, but not long. At the same time at night was quiet, which was especially delighted. I liked breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view from the top on the Medina excellent place for the beginning of the day. Wi-Fi in our room was catching quite weak, so I used mostly mobile Internet. The air conditioner seems not to have been, but we were comfortable without it. The small question of the city tax calculation in the booking and the amount was calculated differently on the spot. I can't tell who was wrong on the side, but the administrator treated the situation calmly and benignly. In general, he was very welcome, we communicated a little, and he left a pleasant impression. In general, there are good impressions from the accommodation, I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool. Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value. Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Medina. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Due to the low occupancy, a set menu with many choices was offered for dinner instead of a buffet. I would have appreciated better communication between the staff and the kitchen, so that the next course wouldn't get cold until the previous one was finished. Otherwise, I highly recommend it, especially if you need a temporary hotel before continuing your journey.

The hotel has a cozy, green courtyard. The room was spacious and clean. The linens and towels were clean. The bathroom had new tiles and toiletries were provided. It was cool in the room, and we couldn't find the AC remote, but it was warm under the covers. Everything was good, it was quiet, and we slept well. The location is excellent. Close to the Strait of Gibraltar and the Medina. There's a beautiful promenade nearby. Just a couple of small suggestions for the hotel: please update the bedding and get soft, white duvets. For breakfast, it would be wonderful if you could replace half a bun with half a French, crispy baguette and add an omelet to the breakfast.

The location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold. Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
