The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the railway station, making it easy to explore Tangier and beyond. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine, microwave, and a full set of cups, cutlery, and other essentials, which made my stay even more enjoyable. CCESARPutting aside the fact that it is a 5-star hotel, and just looking at the price, I will say that this is a perfect place, right in the centre, to get to know and enjoy Tangier. The certain degree of decadence, although subtle, rather than diminishing, increases the perception of a very relaxed atmosphere and, together with the friendly disposition of all the employees, a stay in this hotel becomes a very pleasant experience.

HHichamThe perfect location in Tangier. The staff will treat you like princes and princesses. Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious. I slept so well during these 3 nights. Loved it.

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

GGuest UserEverything was fine, but when we arrived they gave us a room that did not correspond to the reservation, it had no view but faced the back of the hotel. We complained and the girl at reception gave us problems and was rude. We asked to speak to the supervisor and they changed our room after a while of waiting. The breakfast was fine, service was good and everything was very clean. The best thing was the pool. I recommend it but be careful when you arrive which room they give you.

GGuest UserThe inside is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I would have stayed longer but it was not in our plans. One thing that id recommend I'd asking them to get you a guide to tour cap spartel. It's a beautiful site and the Herculean caves. It's a 2.5 hr trip and amazing place. Please enjoy and plan well for Tangier. One thing was we didn't ask but it was cold and only had 1 sheet...toes froze but it was beautiful.
