CCESARPutting aside the fact that it is a 5-star hotel, and just looking at the price, I will say that this is a perfect place, right in the centre, to get to know and enjoy Tangier. The certain degree of decadence, although subtle, rather than diminishing, increases the perception of a very relaxed atmosphere and, together with the friendly disposition of all the employees, a stay in this hotel becomes a very pleasant experience.

HHichamThe perfect location in Tangier. The staff will treat you like princes and princesses. Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious. I slept so well during these 3 nights. Loved it.

It's the best. The location is inside the village, so at the entrance
There is a security and there are 10 rooms in total.
It's very luxurious. You can park right in front of you

There are about 20 places, and this is the best wifi.

The downside is that there seems to be a difference in each room.
My room had no refrigerator and it was a naturally friendly hotel.
There are a lot of ants in the room. Drinks and sweets.
I think you should manage it well.
And the pool is very nice, but it's under construction.
We're not operating now.
Overall, it is one of the best hotels in Morocco.

GGuest UserI recommend 100% very very good hotel very well located next to everything beach restaurant supermarket macdo really no need for a car everything is accessible on foot the hotel staff are very caring the lifeguards are too kind and are very caring for anything the cleaning ladies the rooms are spotless they are too kind also a need they are there the breakfast you eat your fingers so it is good really very very satisfied we had a very very good stay worthy of a 5 * hotel

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

GGuest UserThe location is average, not good or bad. The overall service is very good. The most important problem is the bath water. It is very small and very cold. It is not hot at all. When I stay in October, it will be very cold every time I take a bath. There is no kettle in the room. Others Everything is fine! I went to check out the breakfast in the morning because I was afraid that I wouldn’t be used to it, but I didn’t expect that the breakfast looked pretty good and deserves a thumbs up! People who are afraid of the cold and want to take a hot bath may not consider staying here!

JJulia BenredjemThe hotel is perfectly located with a mini-travel to Medina. The hotel staff is very friendly and premature. Due to the low location, there was a fixed menu with many choices as dinner instead of the buffet. I wish the staff had better communicated with the kitchen and only bring the next walk when the previous one was finished so that the food is not cold. Otherwise I can recommend it very much if you need a transition hotel, for example, before traveling.

SSteve101Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool.
Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value.
Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.
