It's not a very good idea to make a room right next to a restaurant."

"One of the best stays we had in Morocco. The riad was spotless and beautiful, and everything actually worked. The service was excellent - we were welcomed with a lovely fruit set, and the guys at reception gave us great tips for exploring the medina. 100% recommend! Only small note: the breakfast looked gorgeous but wasn’t very filling - mostly carbs, no protein. An omelette/eggs alongside the beautiful spread would make it perfect. Otherwise, stunning place, but you might leave a bit hungry after breakfast."

"Today I went to dinner at the El Chiringuito restaurant at the Farah hotel. The food was OK, but I ordered a margarita to drink, which cost 120dhm 12€. The image I had was very bad and the taste was even worse. I told the bartender about the margarita and she responded very rudely… negatively. I sent it back and they still charged me for it. First: If you offer cocktails, the most important thing is to know how to make them, and even more so if you want to charge more than in Europe. Second: an investment like a hotel and its catering are really expensive things… it cannot be that the workers, besides not being professional, are not educated… This way we all lose… the hotel owners and the clients. Today, I am dining at the beach restaurant-bar at the Farah hotel. The food is OK, but I ordered a drunken margarita, the price of which is 120dhm 12€. The image that is available is three mauvaise and is in core fire. J'ai parlé de la margarita au serveur du cocktail et, de manière très grossière, elle a répondu... négativement. Je leur ai rendu et ils m'ont quand même me invoiceré. Premièrement: si des cocktails sont proposés, le most important est de savoir comment les réaliser et encore plus si l'on souhaite facturer plus cher qu'en Europe. Deuxièmement: un investissement comme un hôtel et sa restauration sont des choses vraiment coûteuses... il ne se peut pas que les travailleurs, en plus de ne pas être des professionnels, n'aient aucune éducation... C'est ainsi que nous pardons tous… les hôteliers et les clients."

"A pleasant hotel with a bright, clean room. The shower was spotless, and I especially liked the neroli-scented shower gel. The room wasn’t very spacious, but there was enough space to feel comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was a kettle and tea bags in the room, although no complimentary bottled water was provided. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of a hairdryer. I have long hair, so this was quite inconvenient. The room was quiet, with the windows facing the courtyard, and the street itself was generally not very noisy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the breakfast: there was a salad bar, a good variety of pastries and breads, juices, and hot drinks. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel."

"The location of the hotel alone is worth the visit. Nestled above the ocean and beach, the scenery is stunning. We enjoyed our walks within the hotel property and beaches. Staff was always ready with a pleasant Bonjour, or Morrocan mint tea. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. My wife had a fabulous massage and facial at the spa while I was on the veranda relaxing. A win win. I recommend a visit"

"This was one of the most humiliating experiences my family has ever faced. After a long and tiring trip, we arrived at the hotel only to face a temporary issue with my credit card. I explained calmly that it was a technical problem and that we could easily fix it the next morning at my bank agency. Any professional, humane hotel would’ve understood but instead, the staff treated us like thieves. One receptionist actually turned to the other and said, "I’m going now, do you know how to handle him?” as if I were some kind of problem to “handle.” The other one went as far as confiscating my belongings and accusing us of not having money in the bank. Their tone was cold, demeaning, and full of arrogance, with absolutely no respect for us as guests. They refused to wait until the morning so I could go to my bank. Instead, they pushed our entire family tired, frustrated, and shocked out of the hotel, forcing us to walk all together to the bank agency under the rain. Imagine the scene: a whole family, suitcases in hand, sent out into the street like criminals over a simple card error. And here’s the most ironic part: after all that humiliation, once the payment was finally completed, they suddenly changed their attitude — clearly embarrassed by how wrong they had been. But by then, the damage was done No empathy, no patience, no professionalism — just humiliation. This hotel should be ashamed of the way it treats guests. If you value dignity and basic human respect, avoid this place at all costs."
