"The hotel could be hardly central in the Medina of Tanger. It is built in traditional Riad style with typical indoors with Springs and very nicely furnished.
The operators are very premature, friendly and helpful if there are questions or something is not suitable.
Breakfast is recommended in any case.
The situation in the middle of the Medina must be liked: it is very lively there, you have to do everything short and is in the middle of what is hardly known for rest. If you want to make a reservation, you will need to ask for this.
But all in all we would go back to the Palace without hesitate."

DDmitriy555A good choice. Convenient location - in the city center, close to the sea, cafes and main attractions. Absolute cleanliness - high-quality cleaning, sanitary standards are met. Breakfast is limited (not in the buffet format), but everything is cooked delicious, hot coffee is also delicious. The staff is responsive and friendly. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room we received. We were allowed to use it in the kitchen. During the eviction, there was a question about payment on the spot (twice, we paid via trip.com and the staff did not see this payment). Be careful! I recommend booking.
Хороший выбор. Удачное расположение - в центре города, близко к морю, кафе и основным достопримечательностям. Абсолютная чистота - качественная уборка, санитарные нормы выполняются. Завтрак ограниченный (не в формате шведский стол), но всё приготовлено вкусно, горячий кофе тоже вкусный. Сотрудники реагируют на вопросы, доброжелательные. В номере, который мы получили нет холодильника и чайника. Нам разрешили воспользоваться им на кухне. При выселении возник вопрос об оплате на месте (второй раз, мы оплачивали через trip.com и сотрудники не видели эту оплату). Будьте внимательны! Рекомендую к бронированию.

GGuest UserOur first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond. No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay there again without question.

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful hotel in a very convenient location, close to both the beach and a shopping center. The lounge on the first floor was a great spot in the evenings. It's a shame the pool was under renovation. My only disappointment, and something I didn't expect from a Hilton hotel, was the complete lack of assistance when we left some items behind. We left a couple of jackets in our room and emailed the hotel asking them to forward them to our next hotel, as we didn't have time to go back. However, the hotel ignored all our requests. No reply, even an apology stating they don't offer such a service would have been better. The silence was quite upsetting. I really didn't expect this from Hilton.

The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine, microwave, and a full set of cups, cutlery, and other essentials, which made my stay even more enjoyable. GGuest UserL'hôtel Tanjah Flandria est un très bel établissement avec une salle de petit-déjeuner ravissante et chaleureuse. Le petit-déjeuner lui-même était un régal chaque matin. Le personnel très professionnel et ce, à tous les postes clefs. Très bien situé, en plein centre ville et proche de tous les sites intéressants dont la mer, la médina, la librairie des Colonnes où j'ai effectué plusieurs achats sur les bons conseils du libraire parfaitement francophone... Le Tanjah Flandria est aussi en plein coeur de l'actualité avec la nombreuse clientèle d'un festival d'une part et les jeunes qui manifestaient pacifiquement en passant sous mon balcon. J'ai adoré mon séjour, très chaleureux et très vivant.

SSteve101Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool.
Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value.
Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold.
Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

GGuest UserGreat property and in a perfect location. Just outside the chaos of the Medina but very central. Good breakfast, comfortable mattresses, good soundproofing. The only flaw is the shower that tends to flood the bathroom.
