DDmitriy555A good choice. Convenient location - in the city center, close to the sea, cafes and main attractions. Absolute cleanliness - high-quality cleaning, sanitary standards are met. Breakfast is limited (not in the buffet format), but everything is cooked delicious, hot coffee is also delicious. The staff is responsive and friendly. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room we received. We were allowed to use it in the kitchen. During the eviction, there was a question about payment on the spot (twice, we paid via trip.com and the staff did not see this payment). Be careful! I recommend booking.
Хороший выбор. Удачное расположение - в центре города, близко к морю, кафе и основным достопримечательностям. Абсолютная чистота - качественная уборка, санитарные нормы выполняются. Завтрак ограниченный (не в формате шведский стол), но всё приготовлено вкусно, горячий кофе тоже вкусный. Сотрудники реагируют на вопросы, доброжелательные. В номере, который мы получили нет холодильника и чайника. Нам разрешили воспользоваться им на кухне. При выселении возник вопрос об оплате на месте (второй раз, мы оплачивали через trip.com и сотрудники не видели эту оплату). Будьте внимательны! Рекомендую к бронированию.

The facilities are quite new, the room type is spacious, and the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area.
## Cleanliness
The hygiene is exceptionally clean and tidy. After traveling from the desert in Fes and Chefchaouen, staying at the Hilton felt like returning to modern civilization. The bath towels, in particular, were incredibly soft and fluffy.
## Environment
The location is excellent; it's across from the train station and next to the Tangier City Center Mall. We were also able to park for free in the underground parking lot since we drove. The outdoor pool and terrace on the 13th floor face the Mediterranean Sea, and the sea view from the 15th-floor restaurant is superb!
## Service
The service is beyond words. I got an upset stomach in Chefchaouen, so when I arrived in Tangier, I had to let my partner enjoy the Hilton lounge daily while I rested and recovered. As a Hilton high-tier member, the service was excellent, with complimentary breakfast and executive lounge access. The welcome fruit platter was also more generous than most I've seen in China. During Happy Hour, there was one meat dish, one vegetarian dish, one type of sandwich, two desserts, and over 10 varieties of alcoholic beverages.

GGuest UserOur first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond. No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay there again without question.

바바다마음SeaI found this place like a gem while looking for accommodation in Tangier!! I highly recommend it!! I purposely chose this place near the train station to travel to Casablanca. It was spacious and clean, and most of all, the staff were very friendly! I went to a local restaurant recommended by the staff, and it was the best restaurant I had during my trip.

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

Rrowena_liuThe hotel has a great location, right across the street from the beach, and the facilities are comprehensive. I must give a shout-out to the porter; I was traveling alone and arrived at the hotel after 1 a.m., and because my luggage was quite heavy, I gave him a 20 dirham tip. After putting my luggage away, I needed to go out to find a convenience store. After asking around and walking across the street, I saw the porter chasing after me, offering to take me there. It made me feel incredibly safe, especially late at night.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the room is similar to expectations. Because I wanted to take CTM to Shefshavan, I wanted to find a place close to the station to stay, so I chose this hotel and walked for 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly. The room is large, the bathroom and shower are separated, breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, there are several options, it is good. There is a bank opposite the hotel, and there is a small shop to buy a phone card. It is more convenient.

GGuest UserGreat property and in a perfect location. Just outside the chaos of the Medina but very central. Good breakfast, comfortable mattresses, good soundproofing. The only flaw is the shower that tends to flood the bathroom.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold.
Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
