Hôtel avec de belles vues sur la mer mais dommage le service est médiocre particulièrement la nuit. Accueil et réception manque de professionnalisme. Housekeeping doit être révisé. Donc armez-vous de patience si vous utilisez le téléphone

C une arnaque cet établissement. Déja hier j arrive le soir et on refuse de me donner une chambre sous pretexte que j ai effectué la réservation sur booking et le service de réservation n'est pas sur place pr la vérifier. Et le matin on refuse de me delivrer une facture sous pretexte que c'est à booking de le faire! Comme si c était booking qui avait encaissé les 1400dh. C'est grave quand mm qu'en 2024 de pareilles structures ne délivrent pas de factures.

Tres mauvaise experience!!!
Chambre avec poussière, mauvaise odeurs....
Impossible de se doucher sans mouiller le parterre car pas d'isolement des douches tout se mouille.
Chambres faites apres 17:00 et oubli des serviettes a chaque fois.
Pour aller au cabanon pas d'acces direct oblige d'enlever les talons

Poor service and service delivery failure. They charge you top dollar for not delivering even the basics like a paid meal!! The hotel expects you to sympathise with them and their inability to serve you

The place granted 5 stars but my rating is 3 stars. PROS: - Located 15 mins walking to the Tanger corniche, and in very quiet area. Hope the dogs not around during your stay. - The room is huge. - Friendly and supportive staff. - Huge breakfast area with humble people serve you, so smiley people. - Pool area is great for chilling and have a cup of moroccan tea. CONS: - I’m sorry but I don’t see this resort as 5 stars. - corridor light sensor is weak, it took long time to switch the light on.
