Very nice resort, the people very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very chill and have a private beach, 2 swimming pools very clean and one is just for th guests in the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and the room service also is very nice. With a tricycle is just 5 minutes to the center of Santa Fe so is very good because is very nice and not so crowded. Just 5 minutes walking have the ruins and in front of the ruins have a very delicious restaurant so I think this place is perfect for be relax and not with so many people, the resort I think for the price and all they offer is perfect! And the restaurant for breakfast also is delicious and have many options. So I highly recommended.

The place is a cozy escape. The cottages were unique and comfortable — felt like in a fairytale cabin that is surrounded by lush vegetation.
Tucked away from the crowds, it offers stunning beach views and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. the peaceful setting was just what we needed to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge by the water.
Oh, the staff were hospitable. I like the idea of the “HONESTY-Basis” of the restaurant. and yeah, they have a friendly pack of dogs you can play along with. 💕💕💕

MENGYAOBy the way, add a few, there is no water heater. . Without breakfast, we ca n’t go upstairs to eat seafood. We ordered a two-bedroom apartment with a large balcony outside. The main reason for the bad experience is that everything feels like money and no sense of service. . You need to collect money for food to go upstairs. You ca n’t eat seafood at the hotel when you return to the hotel. I wanted them to process it. As a result, the processing fee also costs seafood. The cost of emmm is more than the seafood we bought. Asked the kitchen to cook a instant noodle and it all received 150p, 666666

We had a very good time at Hoyohoy. The staff were friendly, the room was kept clean, the pool was beautiful and well-kept. Food was delicious at the resort, but somewhat expensive. The bar was not well-stocked, either. In the 9 days we stayed, there were only 2 other villas who were occupied for one night each which was nice but also made it very quiet. The town area is within walking distance, but tricycles and motorbikes are available for rent. Easy to walk to town and back. 😊A lovely place to stay. ❤️

The place is white basic , the water in the shower is not that strong but pretty decent, love the clean feel and scent of sheets but not the towels.Conveniently located at the heart of Sta Fe walking distance to pretty much everything. The stairs to second floor has a very steep steps not kid nor senior friendly, quite dangerous tobe honest, so difficult to get assistance as u need to go down all the time,no intercom etc and the weirdest thing is although their restaurant is always packed, the servers need proper briefing and training, wen u talk to them their head is flying elsewhere, their to the next thing even ur not done speaking, i needed to finally ask one to stay and listen instead of keeping moving away while im still politely talking to them as it is quite tiring to catching ur breathe talking to someone who’s making movements away from u while ur still ordering etc, borderline of being rude, fyi it didnt happen to one but to at least 3 or 4 servers we talk, its like theyre trained to move fast without thinking they need to listen and stand still even for few secs while ur still talking to them. Btw they served the best Avocado shake ive tasted to date.

The price-quality ratio is not right. A room without breakfast is not worth its 600 yuan. The prices on the website and in general are inflated. It’s better to book through the hotel’s own website: ************************* the cost will be lower. On the plus side, the grounds are well-maintained, it’s 5 minutes from the port, and there’s a swimming pool. There’s also a beach, but you’ll feel great on any public beach in Bantayan, as the water is clear, the sand is white, only there’s some trash from the sea in places, but that’s an environmental problem and due to the selfish attitude towards nature when people don’t clean up after themselves. The restaurant on the premises is much more expensive. Of the dishes, I liked the pasta and pork, the pizza was okay, but the fish was dry. On the downside, since the rooms are made from containers, there’s no soundproofing, and neighbors who are just talking very loudly will be disruptive. The air conditioner, which hums like a Ducati engine due to incorrect installation, can’t be used at night because the noise makes it impossible to sleep, but without it, it’s stuffy. There are problems with hot water and a lack of internet in the rooms, only in the common areas. This could be seen as a plus or a minus. Also, it’s a bit unclear why security and staff at the pool are asking every day which room you’re in, even though I was the only foreigner with a child in the hotel. The inability to use a UnionPay bank card from time to time due to problems with the terminal in the hotel is also an issue. Withdrawing cash on the island is a problem as the ATMs don’t work. No toothbrush or toothpaste is given, and soap and shampoo are only given at the start.

Everything was excellent. Very pleasure hosts. There almost no food in restaurant, but it's not a problem - many restaurants across a street. Recommend to everyone
