The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. Yulai at the front desk processed my check-in and check-out quickly. The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial area, subway, and bus stops, and they even recommended some great local food. The room came with complimentary water and basic toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The room hygiene is truly commendable – the bedding was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The front desk staff were polite and professional, responding quickly whenever I needed help, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to my next stay!!!

Pros: 1. The hotel's location is excellent, with a courtyard, a luxurious environment, and ample parking. The service attitude is superb, and it's very clean. We even got a free upgrade to a suite, and each room has a bathtub. 2. Some negative reviews mentioned that water needs to be paid for. I did see the 15 yuan per bottle Nongfu Spring, but you can always ask the hotel for free bottled water. I asked for two bottles and they brought four, no charge. 3. Negative reviews also mentioned a strange smell in the rooms. This time, I noticed silicone covers on all floor drains and an air freshener in the bathroom, so I didn't detect any unpleasant odors. 4. I didn't find the bedding to be unclean, as some negative reviews stated. Areas for Improvement: 1. Things got a bit eerie at night. At 10 PM, the TV suddenly turned on by itself and the volume went to maximum. The remote couldn't control it, and the power outlet for unplugging was out of reach. A staff member came to resolve it after 10 minutes by unplugging it. 2. The light switch control is a bit clunky. It's either all lights on or all lights off. During the day, if you just want to turn off the lights to sleep, the curtains also close, making it completely dark. It would be good to have a small night light and separate controls for curtains and lights. 3. The mattress is very soft; you sink right into it. This might not be an issue for those who like it. 4. There's a red motion-sensor light directly above the bed, diagonally. I didn't know what it was at first, but when I turned over in my sleep, it would light up, and the same happened when my partner moved. It startled me quite a bit. 5. The air conditioning wasn't on, but for some reason, the vent would make a mechanical braking sound intermittently. These issues didn't affect my rest, and I hope the hotel can improve them. I would still consider staying here again next time.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the subway station, and it will be even closer once the new station exit is completed. Turn left out of the hotel and you can walk to May Fourth Square in about 10 minutes, and to the MixC mall in just over 10 minutes, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. If the weather is bad, you can even walk to the MixC underground via the subway passage. Housekeeping is top-notch; the room was very clean, and the bottled water and minibar setup were well-equipped. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and provided great service. The family room we stayed in was the furthest back among the side ocean-view rooms with only one window, but the ventilation was still decent. We also booked a king room, which had two windows and offered a fantastic view of the light show and the ocean. The only minor drawback of the family room was that the bathroom door faced the bed, which was slightly inconvenient.

Extremely satisfied! They thoughtfully prepared sand toys for my baby, along with apple juice and yogurt. The service was excellent; before we went out, the staff would kindly remind us about changes in the weather. Manager Liu Yunxia greeted us warmly with handwritten notes every day, which made us feel so comfortable! During check-out, Managers Cong and Wang even prepared a watermelon for my child. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Yantai!

The location is indeed quite convenient, and the environment is decent. As for the facilities, they're just okay – the first ten seconds of water from the bathtub faucet were rusty red. My biggest complaint, however, is about their 'free shuttle service.' If you don't offer it, don't advertise it. If you do, then actually provide it. I booked twice. The first time, they said the driver had finished for the day. The second time, they claimed they couldn't pick me up due to weather conditions. Is bad weather really an excuse? Do your drivers only operate electric vehicles or something?

The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop right outside with direct routes to Yantai Railway Station, Yantai Mountain Scenic Area, and more. The front desk service was even better – always available, meticulous, and made us feel at ease during our stay. Dining and shopping options are very convenient around the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, and the two windows offered both ventilation and great views, which was delightful. The high-definition TV screen was especially comfortable to watch, which is a rare find. Overall, we were very satisfied with this stay. We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Lanou International Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short distance from May Fourth Square, with local convenience stores nearby for added convenience. We would especially like to thank Charming at the front desk for being extremely helpful and providing prompt assistance via WeChat throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The room was spacious and the bedding was excellent. They even provided a yoga mat, which I loved! The room didn't have a sea view, but the hotel's restaurant offered a spectacular one – definitely recommend checking it out. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and it's super convenient to get around by bus or taxi. It's even more convenient than the Atour hotel I stayed at near the First Bathing Beach. The staff were also very enthusiastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Yantai.

Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and odor-free. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, well-stocked amenities, and soft lighting. After a walk back from the Olympic Sailing Center in the evening, the room was perfectly quiet once the door was closed, undisturbed by outside traffic. It was a very relaxing stay for a short trip.

I traveled with two mothers, and since they're both elderly and need care, this room was perfect for us. The two mothers could sleep in the big bed in the main bedroom, which also had its own bathroom. I stayed in the separate partitioned room. Having two bathrooms was great because it avoided any conflicts, and I didn't have to disturb them at night. Also, I'm a bit of a scaredy-cat when sleeping alone, so staying in a larger apartment like this made me feel much braver. Considering the time of year, this location is excellent, with sea views. Nearby hotels with two separate rooms would cost around 800-1000 yuan, so the apartment I booked offered good value for money. The first thing I did every morning was enjoy the view. Housekeeping cleaned daily, which was a plus. The elderly ladies were also very satisfied.
