Ho trovato questo albergo su Facebook, cercavo albergo che accettasse cagnolino e non avendo mai visitato la, Romagna ho prenotato per settembre ma il ponte del 25 aprile è stata un occasione per vederlo e provarlo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale gentile, cordiale, colazione e cena varietà di cibo fresco, stanza pulita, mi hanno fatto trovare in stanza materassino e ciotole per il mio cagnolino oltre il kit di benvenuto e poi dulcis in fondo il mio pet l'ho potuto portare in sala ristorante, ogni tavolo ha un attacco per il guinzaglio. Zona ottima posizione, tranquilla ma con tutto, tante aree verdi per passeggiare anche con i cani, spiaggia a, 200 mt circa.

Hotel ＜＞ molto valido, personale gentilissimo che soddisfa ogni richiesta dei clienti. Per noi che abbiamo un cane fastidioso con i maschi è stato importante il posizionamento in zona ＜＞ in sala cena e tutto è andato bene. Oltretutto il nostro peloso è stato più bravo del previsto. Colazione ben fornita e anche la cena molto buona anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo. La zona dell'albergo è tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Certamente la colazione e la cena sono molto rumorose ma ovviamente per chi ha il cane è del tutto normale e anche molto divertente. Torneremo al 100%.

meravigliosa esperienza presso una struttura alberghiera con il mio cane. Mai come quest'anno ho trascorso delle ferie serene e rilassate . Di solito ho sempre preso in affitto appartamenti nelle località di mare perchè il cane in hotel non era trattato come chiedo io. Da kristalex ho trovato tutto per il pet ! grazie ancora . Valeria

Accoglienza al top, un vero pet hotel dove i nostri pelosetti sono al primo posto. Assolutamente consigliato , spiaggia dedicata, biciclette a disposizione e ottima cucina anche per i vegetariani, complimenti a tutto lo staff!!!

Prima esperienza con i nostri amici pelosi e il risultato è stato molto bello e sicuramente a giugno 2024 torneremo. Ottimi servizi spiaggia compresa personale molto gentile, da consigliare i nostri pelosi essendo la prima volta sono stati fantastici grazie ai servizi offerti

Non è un hotel di 3 stelle , ma al mio parere è un hotel di 10 stelle. Mai visto trattare la mia Pet cosi bene Pulizia - 10 lode Gentilezza - 10 lode Cucina - 20 lode Trattamento Pet - 100 lode. La mia cagnolina ha ricevuto tanto affetto di tutto lo staff. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene ! Perché quando stanno bene i nostri Pet - noi padroni siamo felici e rilassati ! Grazie di cuore da me e la Zara !

Personale attento e professionale. Molto premuroso con mia mamma 90 anni . Menu abbondante molta la scelta dei piatti. Gentilezza con i pelosetti ,croccantini e gadget all arrivo. Parcheggio comodo.

Jedes Jahr 2 mal Urlaub im Kristallex ist wie nach Hause kommen☺️...das muss einfach sein. Super nettes Personal, Essen hervorragend, Zimmer immer sauber geputzt von einer sehr netten Sauberfee... Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mega super🤗...Strand ist sauber und hervorragend ( super Preise mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal) Immer wieder gerne👍
