Das Hotel hat eine freundliche Reception und hilfsbereit. Gutes Essen und Service, Restsurant und Pizzeria ist Öffentlich zugänglich. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zweckmässige Zimmer und Ausstattung. Gute Lage am Kanal und Meersicht.

All'Hotel Miramare siamo stati accolti bene da una receptionist molto giovane e molto cordiale e gentile, ci hanno dato il badge e ci hanno indicato la stanza. La camera era molto piccola e calda (i caloriferi erano centralizzati e incandescenti e senza la possibilità di abbassare la temperatura), il balconcino era sopra un gradino di 30 centimetri e il letto era davvero scomodo. I servizi igienici erano deludenti. Alla sera si sentiva un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta e la cena era di bassa qualità. Pensate che il cameriere non conosceva il menu e gli ingredienti dei piatti, cosa grave per chi ha delle intolleranze. Alla fine del pessimo soggiorno abbiamo scoperto un amaro supplemento di 50 euro per il parcheggio e le bevande ai pasti (mezzo litro di vino e acqua). Ce ne siamo andati davvero demoralizzati.

Hotel in posizione ottimale vicino spiaggia e canale e non lontano dal centro. Zona silenziosa. Piscina con idromassaggio a ingresso libero, l’hotel forniva anche i teli ma non lo sapevo. L’unico giudizio negativo è per il mobilio della camera un po’ datato e il bagno un po’ stretto. Per il resto tutto ottimo, soprattutto le torte a colazione e il ristorante.

Hotel in ottima posizione con vista canale/porto/mare , possibilità di parcheggio interno molto comodo. La camera a noi assegnata decisamente piccola, con porta di ingresso che sfiora il letto e difficoltà di movimento in due persone. Il mini balcone ha un accesso scomodo con scalino molto alto. Arredamenti molto vecchi, usurati e fuori epoca. Bagno piccolo con rubinetteria e accessori scadente con qualità da ostello della gioventù. Colazione buona, cortesia staff buona, prezzo alto per la qualità generale della struttura. Non torneremo.

Das Personal und vor allem die Geschäftsführerin sollten aufhören in der Gastronomie zu arbeiten. Unsere Gruppe ist seit vielen Jahren Stammgast im Miramare. Der Service war diesmal leider allgemein wirklich sehr schlecht, unprofessionell und chaotisch. An einem Abend hat das Personal sogar angefangen uns Gäste "anzupöbeln". Anstatt sich für das Personal und den schlechten Service bei uns zu entschuldigen, hat die Geschäftsführerin uns Gäste unanständig, frech und respektlos behandelt.

Nice person in reception but the hotel is verry old . Room small and old furniture, small bathroom, breakfast poor . The location not bad but i will not choose this hotel again. I think the hotel need to be refurnished . I apreciate the fact that was open in this time of the year

Scelto per la posizione (su porto canale.. ma alla foce ) ma questa, con l'assegnazione di una camera sul canale, non è stata la scelta vincente: - alle 23 vuotato le bottiglie nei bidoni; - dalle 3,30 e per tutta la notte traffico di pescherecci sotto la finestra. Camere datate con divisorie molto sottili ( si sente tutto quello che dicono in corridoio e nella stanza contigua). Nota positiva la prima colazione continentale e assortita Qualità prezzo forse un po' caro per le dimensioni e qualità delle camere. PS: in coppia presente un solo set bagno !

Buon hotel in cui si respira la vera ospitalità Romagnola. Unica pecca le camere vecchiotto e non rinnovate. Per il resto tutto è positivo, pulizia molto buona, il ristorante e la posizione sono il fiore all'occhiello. Lo consiglio vivamente.
