Lovely place, spacious rooms and excellent service. We did not have a 'room with a view', yet the passages are large enough to hang out and enjoy the mountains and the setting sun. The open air restaurant and its wood-fired pizza make the time spent memorable. On one of the days, the towels and napkins were not replaced during room-service, but they did it after we called the reception. A strongly recommended place if you want to spend time at Dalousie.

Our stay was great. Although it is 10 kms from the mall road and a little bumpy ride as well but the drive and scenic view ***** the way is mesmerizing. Simply loved it. Good hospitality, amazing food especially by Chef who served some tasty and delicious stuff. Jain food was served as per our request and that too with loads of variety. We were served with great care by the restaurant staff. A must visit when in Dalhousie.

Location is very mesmerising near by the khajjair lake, chef dinesh is the best. He attended us nicely and suggested the best food options and their duty manager was so cooperative and humble

Overall experience is i can say average. There is very less staff and the food taste is not good. We are not getting fresh towels and the floor is also not clean properly. All the powder milk packets are expired which are kept for a coffee.
