Really clean hotel. Location is fantastic, right in front of the main station. Great breakfast buffet. Modern interiors, and great facilities.

Missed my train and had to make a last minute booking. The hotel staff spoke good English and were very friendly. Location is excellent as it’s just opposite the train station.

The hotel is just outside the Chambery station, across the street. Breakfast is available in the morning for an additional fee. It is a good place to stop over

We stayed here for one night on 18/6. We were with a Rail Discoveries Group travelling from Paris to Milan and broke our journey in Chambery. Ideal location if using the station as the hotel is directly opposite. Easy check in and good size room and bathroom. Very pleasant bar and restaurant staff. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Very short walk into the town centre if you wish to explore. Perfect for an overnight stop.

We’ve stayed here before due to its convenient location and reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are typical Mercure and fine for an overnight stay. We enjoyed a drink in the bar but skipped breakfast which seemed quiet expensive.  Parking in the underground car park was €8 for my motorcycle. Although you have to drive around the block to enter the car park you can access the hotel from it.

I used the hotel for a one night stay on a car trip. Convenient location with garage for the car. Room is equipped with everything you need on such a trip. Missing was a regular desk with chair. A small table to be moved to the big chair for resting was there instead. This was not very practical. Good bathroom and good sleeping quality. Pleasant and attentive personell and good breakfast buffet.
