Convient location.
Helpful staff.
Unchanged sheets but changed upon request at the front desk.
Non-smoking room smelling cigarette smoke. Noisy with the bar in front of our windows.

Free water bottles and croissants and tea in july at reception.

Déçus. Cet avis vaut pour un standing attendu 4 etoiles ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas. Les 4 étoiles se justifient uniquement par le rez-de-chaussée refait à neuf et la piscine/sauna; qui n'a que 5 transat pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel...Cependant, le reste n'est clairement pas au RDV. Très vieux bâtiment où les travaux ont permis un cache misère mal fait : beaucoup de trace d'usure, sanitaires piscine sales, porte de chambre abîmée, vue de la chambre sur les clients du bar d'en face, 2 lits simple pour faire un lit double, une salle de bain très primaire avec un pommeau de douche qui fuit et habitat sale tout simplement. Mal entetenu donc. Mal isolé, nous entendons le bruit de la rue. Mal agencé, les rideaux laissent passer la lumière. Le petit-déjeuner à 18e par personne est correct mais clairement pas incroyable pour le prix. En + : les coussins agréables, un coffre fort, le télé en face du lit, le rez-de-chaussée refait, le personnel agréable. Un rapport qualité prix très moyen.

Hôtel moderne au service attentionné et efficace. La chambre était spacieuse. L'hôtel est facilement accessible. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Idéal avec des enfants. Parfait pour une étape en direction de la route des Alpes.

Very good location, staff excellent and suoer helpful. Room large and comfortable. Lots of shops, restaurants etc around the hotel. Decent breakfast with vegan options.
Tricky to find parking but once directions sorted, parking secure and easy to use. Swimming pool too popular, didnt get to use it but good to see everyone enjoying it.

Séjour toujours très agréable. Personnel à la réception très professionnel.
Un bémol cette fois sur l'entretien journalier de la chambre (fait d'une manière succincte) pas à la hauteur de la réputation de l'établissement.

Swapped from our regular on way to ski holiday Chambery location to this one. It’s much better. Nice rooms, great staff, lovely facilities. They were extremely welcoming and the breakfast buffet was very good. The whole place is super clean too.

L’hôtel est très bien, le personnel est très accueillant. C’est un trois étoiles mais il vaudrait presque 4 étoiles.la piscine et le spa sont très bien.
