"I loved my stay in this 5 stars boutique Hotel in the heart of Chambery right next to the castle of Chambery. The location is wonderful since all the stores are literally right at the door. Not only this hotel is very homy and outstanding but it has also a soul and a beautiful history. A very nice combination between the original walls that are dated from the 15th century and the modern with high-end Furnitures. Very well made with details! The service was exceptional as well. Chambery should be very so proud to have finally a 5 stars hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back with family."

"This is a Seniors retirement village… clean, quiet, safe. Location good. But it smells like a nursing home, you are imposing on residents, handrails in bathroom, call bell besides bed. This is a aged Care Residence.. very basic the restaurant is the seniors dining room"

From the moment we drove through the hotel gates and up through the Chateau vineyard and on into the exquisite grounds we left all of our modern day worries behind. Nothing was too much for the hotel staff who were efficient and attentive. The meal in the restaurant was high end and the ambience perfect. It has rekindled our bromance as it was such a well decorated building and we had such a relaxing couple of days"

"We stayed over on our drive out to skiing. When we arrived we were a little concerned by it's initial appearance, it looks a bit dingy but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are basic, a bit small but clean and warm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great, much better than expected. If you're staying then eat here. The steak was superb. They need to sort out the shower heads though, they're attached to the wall in an odd way which sprays water out of the shower. Would definitely stay here again as an overnight stop on the way to the Alps."

"Experience yet a bit strange to sleep in an EPHAD.... is sincerely limit . This would at least be specified . The household was not sincerely top that is more. It is because it was late we didn't change the hotel . The hotel is not marked anywhere, so it is by calling that we have understood that it was a senior residence ."
