The front desk was very responsible. I arrived at 23:50 at night. They had prepared the room card and waited for me. They walked me to the room upstairs in the backyard before going back. They were afraid that I couldn't find it and showed me the way. The attitude was good, but the front desk didn't speak basic English. The room was generally big. Chambery is a quiet and clean town, and it is also very small. I stayed here for one night during a transfer. If you come here for a vacation for a month, it would be nice to be quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.

Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in Shower is all mouldy Mattress looks like it’s been dragged around the floor it’s so dirty Electric didn’t work Shower just trickled out It might be a stopping point for people going to Italy or the alps but please have a bit of common sense and clean it up And don’t bother with the €12 breakfast
