The room did not come with a fridge, and the body soap provided was actually hand soap. Additionally, I wasn’t informed that there would be no air conditioning, and I struggled to find a contact number to request a fan.

Good to stay for going to downtown and Chamonix station. A lot of restaurants are located in near. But The Hotel was under construction at April, 2024.

Lovely rooms with big balcony enjoying the Mont Blanc. Convenient location close to the train station going to see the glacier and the cave. Nice spa and steam activities.

Excellent location and great service. The room is comfortable and the facilities are new.

Breakfast was great. Location was amazing too. The only bad was cause we got hit by a heat wave and there was no A/C so you couldn’t sleep till probably 10pm at night

Everything was good except the fact that has poor ventilation. No fan or A/c so feels quite sticky inside. However, staff, location and services really good. Requested to change room due to the noise from train and the manager was very helpful and lovely to assist. Would love to stay again but in winter

Great hotel, fantastic location, sustainable !

The hotel room is a bit dark, but the space is sufficient. I stayed for two days in total. After half a day, I started to feel that the room had a bit of drainage smell, maybe the ventilation system was not good. But the overall feeling is good, the location is 10 minutes convenient

The price determines the quality. The balcony of the room on one side can see the Aiguille du Midi and the glacier.

The rooms are quite large and there is a balcony where you can sit and drink coffee. The beds were quite comfortable, the night was quiet, and the training was good. The price/performance ratio is pretty good. I will consider Chamonix next time

The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet and comfortable. The room is quite large. The receptionist works seriously and politely. The hygiene level of the room is quite good. However, it is very inconvenient to sit on the bed or on the ground because of the lack of tables and chairs in the lobby. In addition, the transportation is very convenient. The hotel is in Xiaxia Munich Station is isolated and only needs to walk for 1 to 2 minutes.

The front desk service is very warm and friendly, and answers all questions promptly.

The location is very convenient. It's just next to the train station. It's a one-minute walk away. The service staff is very friendly and the decoration is also very good. The terrace can directly see Mont Blanc. The sanitation is also very good

The environment is beautiful, at the foot of Mont Blanc, the room is a bit small, there is a small balcony to see the beautiful scenery, but the breakfast is very good, a bit expensive, 20 euros per person, next time you can stay for a few days.
