TownePlace Suites Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center

i booked a room with a single bed the day before i needed the room and when i to check in i was told that my room was overbooked but i was never contacted about it via text ,call or email.. So they send me down the way to their cheaper location and still charged me for the stay after being told it’s was on them.

This was one of the nicer hotels we've stayed in. For the price we paid, it was the BEST. The room and entire hotel were impeccably clean. It looked like a brand new property. The staff was awesome. We will definitely stay here again. I recommend it to anyone needing a hotel in the greater Phoenix area.

This hotel scams people by charging them more than once. When finally getting someone on the phone after two weeks instead of refunding me like they said they would, they charged me two more times! When trying to get it resolved the manager is always not available or on vacation and the people who are there are not authorized to give refunds and just hang up on you. Worst hotel ever, do not stay there.

The gym was missing 1 25# dumb bell. Everything else in the gym was just fine. I did a tai chi workout in the pool the temp was fine and the depth of the pool was just right for resistance. The breakfast at this property is a little iffy quiche bowls and burnt bacon were on my list and funky breakfast sandwiches. But hey I slept great everything thing was clean and equipped. It was a almost great stay.

The room was great, roomy and comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and courteous. The location couldn't have been better for us.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and functional room. And a nice selection of tea in the lobby. The location is excellent, within walking distance of WalMart and Fashion Center Mall.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast, wonderful friendly staff.

Very nice staff, great location to walk to coffee, restaurants and room was well stocked with kitchen essentials.
