"Absolutely not what we were expecting for a Hilton. Rooms werent cleaned properly, used water bottles found in the fridge and behind the foot stool. Razor sharp bow n arrow top found in the closet and the Thermostat was faulty and kept saying low batteries even when brand new batteries were put in TWICE. The main door didnt even close and the maintenance team had to come take the door off and replace it. Lauren was amazing at helping us during our entire trip. "
