"This hotel is quite different from other Hilton hotels. First of all, we did not coordinate with Ctrip when we checked in, and we had to pay the full amount again. Later, we contacted Ctrip and it was resolved, but it was very time-consuming. Secondly, this hotel has more breakfast varieties, but coffee is not available all day."

No matter whether there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door, he will always try his best to enter the rooms of Chinese tourists to cause sabotage. He can swipe the card of any room. The bed and toilet were very itchy, and it was suspected that bacteria had been introduced, so the Ctrip platform called the police overseas to deal with it. Ctrip's professional level in handling customer complaints was too rookie. . . . ."

"Whether it is Trip.com error for having 2pm check in or the hotel saying check is 3pm, we arrived about 210 and there were rooms ready. We however were given a room that was not. We were excited to see 2pm check in on Trip.com because we had flown overnight from Hawaii and wanted to shower before a concert. We stood outside for 20 minutes. Also there we small bugs always flying around the sink. When asked we got "oh yeah they are everywhere."
