There is a maintenance engineer in the hotel who behaves strangely. No matter whether there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door, he will always try his best to enter the rooms of Chinese tourists to cause sabotage. He can swipe the card of any room. The bed and toilet were very itchy, and it was suspected that bacteria had been introduced, so the Ctrip platform called the police overseas to deal with it. Excellent location and the staff at the reception desk were very helpful. Very friendly people staffed everywhere in the hotel and they assisted me with me several requests. Smiling faces everywhere.

The washer and dryer was out of order. As someone who travels for work, this is very inconvenient. This is a common issue at many Holiday Inn’s. It’s like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s. This past month I’ve spent way too much time at sketchy laundromats across the country.

Beautiful property. No USB ports in rooms. Only liquid soap, containers mounted too high for comfort. Otherwise extremely comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer care. Catherine went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I couldn’t get the TV figured out and maintenance was there in 5 minutes!! On site restaurant is open for dinner and drinks. I wish I’d brought my swim suit to enjoy the pool. I will definitely visit again.

Was booked at 69 dollars a night so far they have tried to charge our account over 900 for 2 nights stay. When we complained they said that their smoking sensor went off and they were going to charge 400 for it and we don't smoke. When checking out another guest was complaining that she was charged over 200 for excessive trash. No were near shopping or eating and they have little to no snakes or drinks to choose from. Worst Hotel experience I've ever had. WiFi is the slowest I've ever had in a Hotel. Avoid at all costs.
