The main building has a good image. The rooms in the annex building are renovated apartments, but the facilities inside the rooms are complete and clean. The waiters are very friendly, the hotel is in a good location, free parking, special breakfast offer (20 US dollars per day for 2 people), and the restaurant's food is very good. If you come to the south for business, I recommend this hotel!

The location is great and the grounds were nice! However, it took a whole day to find out our phones would not work unless you hook to their service with a code otherwise all data and service is blocked. To access the pool and fitness room you must ask for a separate pool card as the room cards didn’t work. Room service only came around once a 7:30-8 am so, we didn’t get service. The coffee maker didn’t work and shower had issues.

Great location and a perfect hotel, There are too many things to do within walking distance and the pool and patio areas off the lobby and bar are a great place to hang out. Rooms are nice and quite well off the streets. The lobby and staff were very polite and helpful and there are too many festivals in the nearby parks. This weekend was a Jazz festival.
