My Husband and i stayed here for business. The front desk was average but as for the place itself.......the room still had trash in the trash can, there was alot of riff raft along with the slamming of doors all night, the room did not have television channels, and be prepared to bring a blanket because there aren't any comforters on the bed. Everything in Phoenix is way over priced, but this one took the cake by charging hotel prices for motel services.

I paid for breakfast, but I ended up making coffee for breakfast. The room that didn't have breakfast was also used as a utility room, and my name was taped on.
It feels bad. The sanitary conditions are also relatively poor. Some rooms are under renovation.
