Terrible experience! Don’t go with them. I reserved through *******, at the day of my arrival they delayed my check in for 4 hours until the gave me my appoin**ent number and access code just to find out that the place was already occupied! Then, they gave me another apar**ent which was all dirty and in pretty bad condition (window broken, no air conditioning). Cancellation was not allowed but Finally at 9 pm they accepted my reservation were canceled with no cost! Don’t go with them!!!!! Terrible service and terrible apar**ents!

Very courteous customer service, clean environment, spectacular place to stay tho it was short it was a nice experience;) in my situation I needed a place to stay and luckily they worked with me in assistance. Would recommend for anyone ;)

This place is really clean well kept and staff is friendly dont have any issues with this place , House keeping is great, Not alot of noise at all and havent had any issues with crime or theft at this location ,

Access to the property is easy, every area requires a 4 digit very clean and security walks around at night to ensure the safety of guests, Staff is also friendly and helpful laundry on site as well as gym pool and spa walking distance to some shops and food

This “hotel” is absolutely awful. Check in was at 3 and we arrived at 3:45. Was informed that the rooms still needed to be cleaned. Was forced to wait outside for 3 hours in 118 degree heat. Front desk was rude and disrespectful. Incompetent. The room was actually very nice, AC worked great, great set up and comfortable bed. Again, if you plan to stay here, make sure you check in well in advance of when youd actually like to go in the room. And don’t expect too much out of the guy at the front desk.

My room could use a few improvements. Shower Rod needs fixed correctly, new paint. I had stayed before, will stay again, if in that area. Staff very pleasant. Grounds keeper needs props, he stays on top of his game.
