TV did not work...in two rooms. Staff promised to fix it, but did not. Keys failed 3 times, maids did not clean room 3 of 5 days. Breakfast was good.

The rooms look old and neglected, carpets, furniture and bathroom. The rest was just OK.

This place was convenient MacDonald some feet away, U.S Egg & Dunkin donuts 2 buildings down CVS close and a lot of food options. This was a last minute booking. Service was great, Customer Service Great, employees very courteous and considerate.

The elevator made loud noises early morning 2 am 4 am / very out dated holes patched in walls etc.

The surfaces in the room had food on them.
The coffee pot had coffee still in it from previous guest.
There were no fresh cups
The refrigerator was not clean
The carpet had crumbs
The sheets and towels were stained.
The staff were kind and helpfull,
But the cleanliness is very lacking.
