Been going on and out of this place because of having no money.

We were in Phoenix Arizona it was 105° overnight they didn't put my key code in the door therefore I spent 3 hours locked out of my building with no phone to call them and nobody to let me in and because they didn't set the code I was locked out on more than one occasion then they granted me a late check out because of for the trouble and even then they didn't give me a door code so they check out there's no good when you're still locked out of the building I thought it was horrible I thought the customer service zero customer service would not recommend

Terrible! Had mold in restroom they tried to cover up with spray paint, seminars stains was on bed and bed skirt, floor wasn't swept, tub was dirty, couch had stains on it, furniture was dusty, walls had a loyal of chipped paint, furniture was messed up. I went in, sa w, took pictures and told them I was not staying in that health hazard place. Had to call lawyer. Got more

The staff was very nice all the way down to the housekeeping... The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated... The only thing that I think they could improve on is trash cans, a plunger, a coffee maker, cups and a couple of small pots 1 pan with lid and dishes in the rooms they can even be disposable dishes and eating utensils... Other then that the stay was excellent... Would most definitely stay again and tell anyone I know that is looking for a nice place to stay to stay here... Daughter was upset we had to go...lol

Great place if you need A apartment style hotel for a short term stay. very clean towels are fresh. Comes with kitchen stocked with every essentia.

I love staying here besides how there still renovating some if the rooms and still renting them out to people and some of the rooms don't match the picture
