因為出差夜裡23點左右才到，第二天見了人馬上就走，所以沒有深入體驗。優點：酒店新，房間條件不錯，夜裡到了餐廳還留了一些燒賣和粥留給晚住的客人，很贊。早餐還可以，中西結合。需改進的地方：晚上入住的時候我預訂了我和領導兩人都有早餐，她説我衹有一個早餐讓我成會員，還好我拿手機查了我有兩份早餐。我覺得擴展會員這個事情要在我們覺得好的情況下而不是在我們還沒入住工作一天非常辛苦的時候，我的領導站得一點耐心都沒有了。入住速度和質量是一個酒店的首要指標對吧；沒有合適交談的空間，我們住那裡是工作原因請來的專家衹能在大堂裏的桌子説話，期間來了好多人説話聲音很大，如果作商務酒店這裏並不理想。當然我退房後在大堂見專家，酒店發現了我的洗漱用品馬上就送下來了，十分感謝！最後就是酒店要求員工加我們微信或者要求我們寫五星點評，直到我乘飛機回家他們還會打過來問我要點評，這個我真是要抓狂了！不是員工的錯，這個酒店管理層有問題！酒店到底好不好是憑一點一滴的硬件軟件上的各種水平體現的，靠員工這麼不斷地要求客人做評價，我本來對這個品牌酒店沒有想法，現在反而有些反感。
