The room was comfortable and spotless, and they even thoughtfully provided bedtime milk before we slept – so many warm, thoughtful touches everywhere. The front desk lady was super gentle and sweet, and she even gave my daughter a lovely little toy. Right downstairs is a huge water park with clean, well-maintained water. We could float on the lazy river, go down slides, and soak in various therapeutic hot springs. Playing in the water truly washes away all fatigue. The experience was absolutely fantastic, totally worth the trip. We'll definitely be back!"

Tucked away inside North Lake Wetland Park, the hotel features a modern Chinese courtyard style with a tranquil environment, lush greenery, and stunning lake views—the ambiance is simply top-notch. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic views and full amenities that made the stay incredibly relaxing. The property is quite large, but the 24-hour shuttle service is always on call, making getting around very convenient. The hot spring experience was amazing, allowing you to soak while taking in the wetland scenery. The staff were polite and welcoming, the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and requests were handled promptly. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. Whether you're looking for a short getaway, a family trip, or just some relaxation, this place is ideal. It's a rare gem of a resort hotel in Changchun, and I will definitely be back!"

"Everything else was fine: quiet, clean, and attentive service. However, the room only had two small bottles of water, and additional water was charged. This bathhouse did not provide free drinks or fruit. The breakfast was advertised as being of five-star standard, but that was an exaggeration; it was at most four-star. Also, with such a large flow of people, I couldn't understand why there was only one coffee machine. There was a long queue from beginning to end, and I still couldn't get a coffee."

Sheraton Changchun Jingyuetan Hotel

"Upon entering the room, my child found a charger under the nightstand and an empty yogurt cup. I picked them up and threw them in the trash. When I lay down, I discovered the pillow hadn't been changed – there was a large yellow stain and it was soft. There was also a yellow stain on the bedsheet. I called the front desk, and a staff member came up, took pictures, and admitted the bedding hadn't been changed. They then moved me to another room, but to my dismay, there was a toothpick under the nightstand. I was speechless but didn't want to bother changing rooms again, as I was only staying one night and just wanted to check out quickly. The hygiene here is truly terrible. There were even cigarette ashes from the previous guest in the corner of the bathroom. I can't believe Sheraton's standards have dropped this low. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant service was very good, but the cleanliness is a serious issue."

Breakfast offered a rich variety and was delicious. The location is great, making travel convenient. The value for money far surpasses other hotels in the same price range. It's definitely my go-to choice, and I'll be rebooking indefinitely!"
