NNasih AliI went there for my wife’s birthday. Just to give her a relax time. Partly it was a disaster the room cards were not working properly I had to ask them twice to change them. I parked my bike outside the hotel and the guards moved it and wrote a note me that I can’t park there in the hotels parking area. The staff of the hotel have no control over their own parking space. I felt it’ was really discriminating and partially ******. The room was extremely hot and the AC doesn’t work to make it cool. They had to provided fans and it was loud and uncomfortable to sleep. but the hotel tried to make up for what happened apologized. I appreciate the apology. But being one of the best branded hotels I expected better. I have stayed in holiday inn many times and this was so far the most unpleasant stay. I did tell the hotel staff my review of the hotel won’t be pleasant and they said it’s ok so guess they didn’t care about much what happened.

AAnonymous UserThis Atour Hotel boasts a fantastic location and incredible views. The room was incredibly spacious, and the scenery outside the window was absolutely beautiful. The exterior glass walls were impeccably clean, offering crystal-clear views, and I even got to watch the sunrise right from my bed. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, a delightful fusion of both Chinese and Western dishes – you'll definitely leave feeling completely satisfied! The hotel is conveniently located near 'Zhe You Shan', the former Changchun Film Studio, Tram Line 54, and Nanhu Park. Finally, I must commend the hotel's service; the staff were always smiling and communication was seamless – truly fantastic!

GGuest UserA grand old hotel, very pleasant to stay at. Though the decorations are old-fashioned, this makes the hotel a really charming place. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The location is excellent: just remember to use the underground transit plaza when leaving the station, and take the Shengli Street exit. This is much easier than approaching at surface level, and will take you directly to the front gate.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lots of amenities. Overall, a very elegant hotel, at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

The hotel facilities were brand new and of high quality, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, and the smart devices were easy to use – attention to detail was evident throughout. The environment was serene and elegant, with lush greenery in the public areas. The rooms were clean and odor-free, with excellent natural light and ventilation, making me feel incredibly comfortable. The service was also heartwarming. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, providing prompt and professional assistance. Whether for business or leisure, this is a truly worthwhile hotel, and I will definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserI stayed for the second time. I stayed once on May 1st last year. The experience was very good. I booked it directly with my friends during this Qingming holiday. Overall, it is clean and tidy, with sanitary facilities and warm service.
During the cleaning, the aunt helped open the door, turn off the air conditioner, and take the initiative to send water.
Especially the front desk Liu Yao and Guo Xinxuan little beauty take the initiative to serve, patient and meticulous.
Changchun is beautiful, come back next time

I chose Changchun the night before the National Day trip, and booked Cherry Hotel early in the morning. There are enough rooms and the price-performance ratio is quite high
When we arrived, my father took the children to see the room and decided to stay
Next to the Middle East Market, you can walk there in less than 10 minutes
Breakfast is rich and very enjoyable
It has its own Japanese food restaurant and hot spring restaurant
The road in front (Ziyou Road) is 5.1 kilometers away from Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden, which is quite convenient
There are many people and cars during the National Day, so we took a taxi and the taxi came very quickly
It is also very convenient to go to Jingyuetan
The hotel is in a good location
The whole family is very happy staying here

MM42660****The shower in the room had to stand on top of the bathtub, which was a bit inconvenient. Other hotels we stayed in for the next two days also had this design. The bathroom door did not close tightly. I would like to remind everyone to check whether breakfast is included when booking a room. We booked two rooms for two nights, and only It included breakfast for one day, I guess it was exchanged for Ctrip points. I was told that there was no breakfast the next day, but the surrounding area was not very prosperous and there was no breakfast shop nearby, so I added 68 yuan per person. There were not many types of breakfast. I had to find napkins. The service staff will only give it to you if you ask for it. It is not worth the price. I stayed in a state-owned hotel in People's Square for the next two days. Breakfast was all-inclusive and the dishes were rich. The price with breakfast was 48 yuan per person. I hope you can do some research. There is no window screen. I don't know if this is true in high-end areas. The air conditioner is good and quiet. The panel is still old-fashioned. Everything else is fine.
