Perfect
MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

小小鲁哥The hotel room was spacious, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. During my stay, there was a promotion where I got a free pillow. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the WeChat customer service was always quick to respond. The laundry room had 5 washer-dryer machines, and the staff even folded my clothes and delivered them to my room, which was super convenient. A big thanks to the guy who helped me carry a bunch of packages upstairs on the evening of February 14th.
I really hope the prices don't go up in the future. I definitely don't want to go to the one on Hongqi Street! 😂

AAnonymous UserOverall Review: The hotel service is excellent, but the facilities and management are mediocre.
Pros: The hotel front desk and other staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to answer questions. Even when contacting the front desk at night to ask for water, they respond immediately, making guests feel right at home.
Cons:
1. The hotel tolerates guests illegally smoking in indoor public areas: The hotel has standing ashtrays at elevator entrances (see image three), which implicitly encourages guests to smoke indoors illegally. Furthermore, when a guest from room 703 was smoking at the elevator entrance, hotel staff did not intervene (according to the 'Changchun Patriotic Health Regulations,' all indoor public places, workplaces, and public transportation across the city are completely smoke-free. Those who smoke in no-smoking areas and refuse to comply with warnings should be fined up to 500 yuan).
2. Hotel bathroom facilities need improvement: When showering normally in the hotel, the drainage system would severely clog every time (see images one and two), leading to extensive flooding and posing a serious safety hazard.
3. The hotel's air conditioning heating capacity is poor: Even with the temperature set to maximum, the mode to heating, and the fan speed to highest, the air conditioner remained unresponsive (current temperatures in Changchun range from approximately -21 to -11 degrees Celsius).

NNishishuiyaaaThe hotel's location is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. Cultural Square is just next door, and this Chinese New Year, there's even an ice sculpture of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests that's lovely to visit in the evening.
As soon as you enter the hotel, you're greeted by a sense of cleanliness and that distinctive, unidentifiable Hilton scent. The front desk staff, restaurant hosts, and even the cleaning aunties were all very polite and friendly.
The facilities are excellent and complete, with a gym and a self-service laundry room. Breakfast was also delicious; even my picky daughter ate quite a bit.
One really great service from the front desk is how they've compiled a list of all the best places to eat and visit in Changchun, which is incredibly helpful for out-of-town visitors to know where to go. This detail is truly fantastic!
The Cultural Square branch is definitely worth a repeat stay! ❤️

AAnonymous UserChangchun Cherry Holiday Hotel is really great! You can feel the cleanliness and freshness as soon as you enter the room. The floor is bright and clean, without any debris and dust; the furniture is wiped clean, without any fingerprints or stains. The glass door and mirror in the bathroom are shining, and the towels are neatly arranged and exude a faint fragrance. You can tell at a glance that they have been disinfected at high temperature. Here, the hygienic details show the high-quality service of the hotel everywhere. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Changchun in the future!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious with two beds, enough for a family of four. The underfloor heating was very warm, almost too warm at times; we often had to open the windows because it got too hot 🥵. The windows were so small that we initially couldn't find them when we entered the room, thinking it was a windowless room. One wall of the room was separated by glass, overlooking a hallway. We checked in at night, and the dark hallway was a bit creepy. Also, the toilet and shower room were separate, but I'm not sure why the large towel was placed inside the toilet room, specifically above the toilet. This is quite unhygienic because if you flush the toilet without closing the lid, the air currents can spray impurities onto the towel. I hope this can be improved.

GGuest UserThe first impression when you walk into the lobby is that it is grand and luxurious. When checking in, the front desk lady Mei Nan came out from the backstage and reminded me with a sweet and warm smile, ”Sir, I have upgraded you to an executive room for free.” I felt extremely warm and respected. Walking into the corridor of the room, I saw many famous paintings of flowers and birds, which made me feel very elegant. Because the room has good privacy, I did not close the curtains before going to bed at night. When the sun rose at 6 o'clock in the morning, I woke up naturally and saw the sunlight falling in the hall, which touched me very much. It was my first time to Changchun. It was the team spirit of Guosheng Metroview that made everything go smoothly for me! Next time I come to Changchun, I will definitely go to Guosheng Metroview first and feel their team's service enthusiasm again, especially the shallow and sincere smile of Wang Mei Nan when she receives guests😊

SshiyangThe staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request.
The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made.
The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected.
With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserMy teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.
