Pros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

Highly recommend this hotel! I visited Changchun during a heatwave, and before heading out, I requested three bottles of mineral water for our two rooms, which the hotel promptly delivered. When checking out, I made a last-minute request for two more bottles, and they were smoothly provided—the service was incredibly generous. The large beds in the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Any requests made to the front desk, such as for bath towels or drinking water, were delivered quickly, and the staff was very patient. The location is also great, making it convenient to get around. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything!

I was rly rly gonna give them 5 stars on the first few days.rly like the hotel the staff were very very friendly and helpful. Especially the short hair woman. Until the last few days, they didn’t clean up my room properly just made my bed and not even the pillows. And dint clean the toilet at all. And the last night they dint give me the amenities kits at all. Not refilling my toilet roll. And the worst part that was my last straw was there were people putting their shoes in the laundry machine and I called them to clean up. They said it’s pretty clean. It’s acceptable for shoes to be in the laundry machine. And the staff promised me that I can stay till 18.00 but I have to pay 49 yuan but they ended didn’t communicate. And dint agree to let me stay till 18.00

It is very suitable as a hotel for airplane travel. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and the hotel prices are very affordable. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, so every corner is clean Transportation: The hotel is located in Quan'an Square, just across the street from the first airport bus station Service: The lady at the front desk was very nice and thoughtfully provided breakfast.

This was the most satisfying hotel I've ever chosen! The location is super convenient, really close to Changchun Zoological and Botanical Park, so it was easy to go see the snow monkeys without any hassle. The front desk staff were excellent too; the young lady was enthusiastic and patient throughout, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The experience was fantastic. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable; the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and so relaxing. What's really thoughtful is that they provided two types of pillows, differing in firmness and height, so whether you prefer a high or low pillow, you're covered. I slept soundly all night and woke up feeling completely refreshed. Plus, their robot is quite smart, not manually operated! I'll definitely be staying here again 🤠🤠🤠

The 24-hour lobby is also very convenient, especially for late arrivals or coming back at night. The location is great as well, with Wanda Plaza nearby, so it’s easy to find restaurants, shops, and other necessities. Overall, we were genuinely impressed by the quality for the price and would definitely stay here again.
