From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was moved by the warm and elegant environment and intimate service. Chen Jun, the front desk staff, was warm and efficient, and checked in efficiently and quickly. He also took the initiative to introduce hotel facilities and surrounding travel information, which made people feel particularly comfortable.
The room was clean and tidy as a whole, the decoration was simple and atmospheric, and the lighting and ventilation were very good. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the pillow height is moderate, and I lie down for a good night's sleep, without noise interference at all. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is stable, and the shower experience is great. The room was clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy yet stylish way, and the bedding was so soft that once my head hit the pillow, I didn't want to get up. The location is super convenient; it's close to everything you'd want to explore or eat. They even thoughtfully recommended some great local eateries nearby. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with aromatic coffee, crispy bread, and even sweet fruits! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose Campanile again!

On our first night my card couldn’t work so my husband went to the counter to settle the card issue while I outside my room. While waiting I saw someone sneakily try to take a photo of me but when I chase out the person escaped via the fire exit stairwell. The experience creeps me out. If it’s a staff trying to check why I was wandering outside the room he or she could have come to clarify with me, not sneakily take a photo or video of me at the corner without showing the face. But if it’s not a staff that’s doing that then something is wrong with the hotel security

GGuest UserI couldn't book a family room online. I booked a superior double room. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk changed me to a family room. The lady was really nice. It was big and clean. I was originally worried that the newly renovated room would have a smell. None. It’s very safe to live with children. The hotel has a laundry room and a free parking lot downstairs. You can order takeout robots for food delivery. There are a lot of places to eat around. The transportation is also very convenient. You can walk to Eurasia Mall for dinner. Then I walked to Wanda, which is very close to the mountains. Next time I go to Changchun, I will stay at this Hanting Hotel. It’s great!

The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's separate wet and dry area was a thoughtful touch.
