MMilaChinaSecond time I'm staying here and got the room upgrade to the bigger one with the warm toilet seat and spacious bathroom, felt like a 4 star to be honest, the way how clean it was and large windows.
Beautiful desk, very cozy and inspirational for working, city looks also lovely, sound of the city from the window, I like that.
Slippers are warm and you get a small body lotion, so cute and a very strong tea.
Beds on the soft side but very nice.
Will come back.
Stayed in the same hotel chain in Sh and it was not this spacious as here

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was moved by the warm and elegant environment and intimate service. Chen Jun, the front desk staff, was warm and efficient, and checked in efficiently and quickly. He also took the initiative to introduce hotel facilities and surrounding travel information, which made people feel particularly comfortable.
The room was clean and tidy as a whole, the decoration was simple and atmospheric, and the lighting and ventilation were very good. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the pillow height is moderate, and I lie down for a good night's sleep, without noise interference at all. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is stable, and the shower experience is great. The details are even more careful, the tabletop is spotless, the floor is clean and debris-free, and even the bedding folds are handled neatly. It can be seen that the cleaning staff are very serious and responsible.
The hotel has complete facilities, quiet and tidy public areas, and the elevator runs smoothly. - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun
- Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb
- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. They just have poor 5G internet reception if you have a SIM card. I just lived in such a room. But there is good air conditioning and ventilation. I did not find a refrigerator, I do not know if there was one in the room or not. The shower is good. There is hot water. Good water pressure. Just check everything more carefully when booking. The hotel is very good. The staff is kind. Everyone helped me. Free fitness room and laundry room. I ironed there. Very good cuisine. The breakfasts there are good! There is Wi-Fi. The hotel occupies the first five floors of the building. There are many taxis and a train station nearby. My room was regularly cleaned by cleaners. All doors are locked with electronic locks with all electricity turned off after leaving. I liked everything, I recommend this hotel!

Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, so every corner is clean

The room was spacious with great natural light, the bedding was soft and odor-free, and the bathroom had good water pressure and stable hot water. The soundproofing was also good, making it quiet even late at night. The front desk staff proactively helped me plan my route, and the cleaning auntie was meticulous with her work, paying attention to all the details. Highly recommend! 🌟
