Booked by a business trip company, not bad, convenient transportation, close to the client's company

This hotel was awesome. This was my very first time to it and you can tell that the staff are doing there jobs cleaning! I got on the bed and you can smell the cleaning detergent on the covers and sheets. I also LOVED the elevator there. It was smoother than hospital elevators. I got on and pressed 2. It went up the 2 button turned off and I'm thinking did we move??? And yes it seemed like you were in a Lincoln with air ride suspension. It taken me atlest 4 or 5 times until I could feel a soft moving of the elevator. But they also have an awesome pancake maker! You wave your hand in front of the sensor and it makes one inside the machine and it comes down a belt and lands onto your plate Also the staff will come to you and see how you are doing and take your plate.

Didn't get fresh towels when requested & had to make 2nd Request for towels....also had to request for trash cans to be emptied two times and they only emptied one (1) can & other two (2) the bedroom & bathroom cans were left untouched. Tried to request room service from the Gateway Grill but had to leave a message and didn't get a call back until almost an hour later & by then I had ordered from Uber Eats!!!

Enjoyed our stay wish we had know they were not doing breakfast.everything else was great.
