GGuest UserThe hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, the rooms are well-lit, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Service is prompt and responsive, making for a very comfortable stay. The environment is quiet and clean, the front desk service is attentive, and the facilities are complete. It's also conveniently located for getting around. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserHaving a low-rise bed was great since I was with my child. However, the room was so hot that I had to sleep with the window open.
The bathroom was spacious and decent, and it even had a bathtub.
The sink was unusually deep. I later realized it was because the water pressure was incredibly strong. If you turned it on just a little, it would immediately shut off, which was annoying. I figured out that if you turn it on slightly and wait a few seconds, it stabilizes and you can use it.
The shower pressure was also extremely strong. It was the first time I've ever been annoyed by strong shower pressure.
Breakfast wasn't bad for the price.
The coffee on the first floor was delicious, and they gave out discount coupons that you could use repeatedly.
There were two kids' cafés, and we used both. They were affordable, and there weren't many people, so my child had a great time.

AAnonymous UserThis place was good for the price but not the greatest. Starting with the cleanliness, overall the room itself was clean but there are some rust, discolorations on silicone on the bathroom and one of the towel I was given had clear sign of someone using hair dye. But the room was clean. The location was not the worst but can be better being located close the subway did mean getting around was relatively easy, but since the hotel is located near business district as tourist it take a bit to travel. Service was just ok. They do room cleaning everyday upon your request. But outside of that there isn't much. Similarly the amenities were somewhat limited. But there is a washing machine.

JJonLOverall, this hotel was average. It was acceptable for a short stay, but there were a few inconveniences.
The air-conditioning had some issues and did not function very well, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean, and cleanliness seemed acceptable.
Some basic amenities were not provided, such as toothbrushes, which had to be purchased separately. This felt a bit inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay.
Most instructions and signage were in Korean only, which made things less clear for foreign guests, but we managed eventually.
One important point is that WeFeel should clearly provide both an English address and a Korean address. When we used Uber from the city area, the location was confusing and made it feel like we were heading into a very remote area. This could easily worry first-time visitors, so clearer address information would be very helpful.
Facilities were basic and nothing special. Overall, the hotel is manageable but quite ordinary, with room for improvement in guest convenience and clarity.

AAnonymous UserEverything is self-service but instructions are clearly written so no issues there.
Room was not really clean. There was hair all over the floor, in the washer and even on the towels (probably stuck from the wash?). The bed and sheets were clean though.
Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to get a cab to the airport.

LLJonesThe resort was lovely! The photos posted online mirror the actual location. The proximity to the beach is unmatched. The rooftop area was spectacular and offered stunning views of the harbor. Truly breathtaking! There is a CU convenience store and restaurants at the resort as well. However, the water park and pools are not open for the May holiday break. The arcade, mini golf and other advertised activities are not inclusive of the room rate. The cleaning staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and were saddened to leave.

GGuest UserConsidering it’s price I paid for the last 7 days of staying in this hotel, it’s okay but a few things I like to mention are.., I am saying not because I am a picky person nor blame anyone.
Here are a few things; 1. There were no A/C available whole 7 days and nights so I was pretty hot. When I said to the front desk they said it’s not available at all. It was my first time experience in my life. 2. There were a couple of broken tiles near to the elevator were extremely dangerous because we were tripping on the uneven surface several times. I wondered why they just simply fixed it for safety. 3. Bathroom door was so noisy when I closed it because the hinges were so rusted. 4. The entire room was too dark for me to find out my belongings. 5. The shower curtain was way too short to block the water when I was taking a shower so the water splashing out especially when there were high glossy floor tiles.
