Guest UserThis was my first staying here..arrived in the late afternoon via taxi, and the check-in process took a bit of time. Unfortunately, the swimming pools are only open from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM, so I was unable to utilize them.
The lobby is situated on the 6th floor, which initially caused some confusion.
My primary purpose for staying was for sleep, as I spent most of my time out. Upon returning to my room, I discovered it had not been cleaned, despite having placed the ”please clean up” sign. When I returned at 9:45 PM, someone, presumably a cleaning staff member, had removed my sign and left it back in my room. I was quite disappointed that my room was seemingly intentionally overlooked for cleaning.
Following this, I expressed my concerns to the front desk, requesting a different room. After some discussion, I was eventually provided with a new room.
Please be advised that the accommodations may appear different from the advertised pictures, though the rooms themselves are decent and clean. There was also a peculiar odor in the lobby area. Plus I made separate reservation for next day, I had to check out by 11 & check in again 3pm...

The hotel name on my booking was Best Western Harbor Park Hotel, but the sign only said Harbor Park Hotel. When I checked in, I asked if it was the Best Western and the front desk staff said no. It was only when I showed them my passport that they confirmed it was indeed the right hotel. Otherwise, I would have been wandering around with my luggage trying to find it. The facilities are what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, but the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast is Western-style, but there's no bacon or scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs. The only meat options were sashimi and some sausages, and it was quite expensive. The ocean view rooms face Incheon Port and are right next to a major transport road, but the soundproofing on the windows is good, so the noise isn't too bad. The hotel is about 200 meters from Line 1 of the subway, making transportation quite convenient.

B0ssBabeI booked this hotel for an overnight layover at Incheon Airport on my way back from North America. The aesthetics are top-notch, and the design is truly unique. The staff are dedicated, and the room is comfortable and well-equipped. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service from 5 AM to 9 PM, and also provide special services like printing and long-term luggage storage. A similar airport hotel in North America would easily cost over 2000 RMB, so getting this for just a few hundred RMB was a pleasant surprise!

The auto check-in was okay. I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in and their proximity to cafes and restos down below. A lot of variety for a small plaza.
I was there for nearly a week and it was really convenient to walk to the metro or stroll around and find what I was looking for.

Guest UserThis was my third time staying here. This time, I also booked the airport shuttle service for the next morning in advance. However, when I got in the car, no driver or staff member checked my ticket, and the driver didn't ask me which terminal I was going to when we started driving. As a result, we didn't go to T2 first and then T1 as indicated. I had to get off and ask the driver which terminal it was, and only then did I realize it was T1. I told him I needed to go to T2, and the driver was quite rude, saying I wasn't a guest of this hotel and I wasn't his passenger. I showed him my ticket, and he said I should have given it to him before getting in, but no one checked tickets beforehand, and the driver didn't ask me in the car. On the way from T1 to T2, the driver kept muttering and swearing in Korean. His attitude makes me reconsider whether I'll choose this hotel again next time. Poor review. Did the driver see me in the car from the beginning but think I was trying to get a free ride? His behavior is really concerning. There seems to be an issue of discrimination against Chinese people and a lack of proper procedures.

The room was fantastic! The only issue was the long queue at the front desk. The receptionist was incredibly patient, which meant each guest took a long time to serve, especially since there was only one male receptionist. Luckily, another guy showed up after a bit, speeding up the check-in process. Overall, it was a great stay. The room was very comfortable, and it's super close to the subway, so getting downtown was a breeze.
For food, there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, plus convenience stores, and even instant noodles if you're in the mood. It's really convenient. There's also an airport shuttle bus; mine was free. I'm not sure if it's always free, so you'd have to ask.

Mike22900I had a wonderful stay at The Week & Resort in Incheon. If you’re arriving at Incheon International Airport late at night, I highly recommend staying here instead of making the trip into Seoul. It’s only a short drive from the airport, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge before continuing your travels the next day. The resort is about 15 minutes from the airport and sits near the beautiful beaches of Yeongjongdo, offering a peaceful escape after a long flight. (Tripadvisor)
The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. Waking up to the ocean views was an unexpected bonus! The staff was friendly, and the facilities made the stay feel more like a vacation than just an overnight stop.
Whether you’re dealing with jet lag, have an early morning flight, or simply don’t want to travel into the city after a long day, The Week & Resort is absolutely worth the stay. It was the perfect way to start my trip, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

AotemanaaotemanThis hotel truly understands the importance of details! The service was warm and efficient, the room amenities were thoughtful, and both the cleanliness and soundproofing were impeccable. The small farewell gift upon checkout was a delightful surprise. Highly recommend!

mailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport.
Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either....
Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways.
So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
