Overall is good, room is tidy and big. Reception and bell desk excellence service. However the night security staff isn’t nice. I’m worry are they suitable to work in hotel.

Very nice spacious room. Service was superb and better than your average hotel. The park was perfect for our three year old. It was just too big and be prepared to spend at least two days there to completely enjoy their facilities. We definitely will be back again soon.

Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

Before staying this hotel, I read some negative reviews on cleanliness and service. Therefore, I am worried about it. However, the actual experience was totally different. The room was very clean and huge. The cleaner definitely did a great job. Not only that, the warm welcome especially from the bellboy staff were great. One of the night shift staff (Lionel) went to the extra mile to help us order food delivery because our overseas number cant do so. I hope they can keep up standard and hope to stay there again.

***ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE*** This is my second visit and the service still the best even in busy summer. As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! Thank you and will definitely recommend to my friends.

The Hotel staff was amiable and accommodating. Although very little English was spoken, the staff tried to speak Cantonese to my wife. We were upgraded to a suite which was clean and very big. Our package included a daily buffet breakfast and VIP lounge access for a light meal in the evening. We were given choices out of 4 sets. The set meal in the lounge was average but it was very cosy and quiet with all kinds of drinks available. The best part of the hotel was the bathtub with a view! The buffet breakfast was OK. Tea and coffee were very average. You get better quality from your room. There are a variety of international cable TV channels. To my disappointment, the very latest international movie collections come with a daily flat rate. The size of the TV is a bit small compared to the size of the suite. The sound bar was fantastic though. We were very happy that we did not smell cigarette smoke in the hotel except near the smoking venue. The hotel is very easy to get to by the underground train. You can have weatherproof access to the gigantic mall across the road via the train station. Hard Rock Hotel is positioned to take advantage of the local facilities for a family holiday. It is very popular with families from HK.

Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

NOT 24 hours. this hotel management is not so professional, if they can say NO, they will rejected all your requirements. 这酒店硬件不错，但软件一般般。 在办理入住的那个下午，我足足等了20几分钟，前面大概6个人的旅行团。就1个前台服务员，她压力可大了。而她旁边的经理不但不帮忙，连看都不看我与及我后面顾客们一眼。更别指望说声抱歉安慰一下顾客情绪。随后几天观察一下，经常都是队伍长长，可怜那个前台妹子。 附近很多好吃的，由于不想每天吃酒店早餐，我们只订了每天1份早餐，昨天没吃，那今天两个人去看看能否。果不其然，只要能拒绝，一律拒绝。（跟五星级服务倒着来） 哪怕没增加多少成本，而该经理说由于配给xxxxxx，随后说错话了，他说“如果付1份费用就可以”。（这时候没配给问题了！） 无烟房，然而还是有吸烟的人，我们退房那个早上一开房门就闻到过道很重烟味。 既然收押金，也许“住无烟房需要多付押金”能改善这点。 优点：新、房间大、提供无烟房、周围很多好吃的。 这是中山南部其中一家高级酒店，说不定是最高级的一家，很希望你们能越做越好。

It really exceeded expectations. When the Spring Festival travel even Atour's face rose to 2500, this hotel was only 1300, and all configurations were five-star from hardware to soft installation to breakfast. The scale of the lobby is the most exaggerated in the hotel. The service can see that they are very careful to do a good job, but the developer's own operation team is indeed not as smooth as the traditional five-star hotel operation company. During the Spring Festival, the passenger flow is large. The front desk from the concierge to the receptionist to the waiter has to run around a dozen people. Five or six of them felt obviously too busy. Breakfast is really good, Chinese and Western hot and cold, there are also steamed noodles, these are freshly made, the variety is full and the taste is unexpectedly good, the child is very full Finally, I suggest that I see other comments saying that the hotel is not good. It is really difficult to do in all walks of life. If you can’t roll it, you have to roll others. Everyone eats a stomach in their own life and sprays it everywhere. Others, the hernia is too heavy, This hotel can see that it wants to do well. It is really better to find a good operating company to pull the positioning directly. The customers who do this price product really have everyone. Now the environment is so bad. I hope this good hotel can operate better and better.

Breakfast was good. The lobby is nice. The staff are kind and helpful. The floor I stayed on smelled terrible. My room was very small and in a corner. The room needs updating and felt run down. My bathroom had blue dots on the floor,as if something had spilled and wasn't cleaned up. It was very different compared to the one in Futien.

The hotel is amazing. Great location step from the Dameish beach, metro and the outlet. The facilities are great， spacious rooms, balcony and ocean view, pool, spa. Very clean hotel.The staff helpful and frindly, all staff.at the reception were speaking very good English. The breakfast was delicious .There is a bus for thehotel guest to tbe bea h and back, which was fantastic. Overall amazing!

Having stayed at the Four Seasons in Shenzhen multiple times, I can confidently say that this hotel never fails to impress. Despite its longstanding presence in the area, it continues to be my top choice whenever I visit. Excellent in many many ways with a big thank you Joyce Bao and Kayle (aka Xiao Bao and Xiao Li 小包 小李 ) who helped us with our luggage and sent us off. Besides being very clean and well located here are some other areas that were well done: 1. Take away breakfast available 2. Bell boy proactively looked for extra staff so we could check in quickly 3. Good infrastructure like: good plumbing (no weird smells) faucets, sinks, toilets are all brand name (kosher etc) 4. Pilates class by Kelly was professional 5. Pool was warm and lifeguard did try to ask smokers to move to the sides (as opposed to let them continue soaking) 6. Gym was new, well maintained and changing room bathroom had real paper toilet seat liners that worked, and bags for wet bathing suits. Hair dryers were new. 7. Room had large windows, charging ports at bedside, bathrobe and slippers were thick, fluffy and good quality. Toilet paper was thick 2 ply with good perforations. Borghese soap shampoo etc and mini mouthwash provided 8. Breakfast had good omelettes, and pastry/croissants were well made and buttery. They even had ice cream. Fresh squeezed cucumber, celery and carrot juice made in the spot with juicer. When I asked why they didn’t have anymore hash browns they looked into it. 9. App for Visitor to Shenzhen also provided good information. 10. Sheets, pillows, mattress and duvet were all good quality, fluffy and soft 11. Info available if you need to mail a parcel. 12. Staff are generally well trained and managed and seem to know what they are supposed to do, and can answer questions. They could be further trained in hospitality so they’re passionate about it so it’s more natural. 13. Despite rainstorm everything was dry, no leaks, no mold, no damp smell, hotel wasn’t run down. Areas are generally properly organised. 14. Management seem to supervise and train staff carefully. Only issue was that my minibar was missing drinks but it was sent up when I called about it. But overall a very excellent hotel. Here are some minor observations and some extra suggestions: 1. Pillow menu could be offered 2. Bubble bath could be made available upon request 3. More info about gym, massage place etc could be offered in room and in English (instead of in the Ctrip app). 4. Room could have creamer for coffee and tea 5. A paper bag or bag could be placed in room for extra use. 6. Checkout could have asked for suggestions 7. Check in could ask if takeaway breakfast would be needed. 8. Executive lounge had good cheese, but they could include some crackers or some salami also (salami available at breakfast). Self serve Tea bags should also be available not just coffee. But tea was available upon request. They also need dining cloth napkins and not just small paper napkins 9. Staff Name tags should specify the languages spoken by the staff member (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) 10. Shower stall in the gym needs a lip along the door or the floor so that the water does not go everywhere. Currently the shower floor isn’t slanted enough so the water doesn’t drain fast enough and gets everywhere.

The room is exactly as advertised in the pictures, however the slide and ball pit do not exist! Perhaps under construction as the staff said? The actual child play area looks like in the photo and is not clean. The rest of the stay was good though, but it was certainly disappointing for my daughter!

Super convenient and safe location, walkable distance to many shopping malls (卓悅in town, 皇庭廣場， CocoPark and PAFC mall). The room I got was fantastic, with a huge bathroom with large windows with an excellent view. The room was spacious with a walk-in closet, a king-size bed with a footboard bench, a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk, making it very practical and easy for us to put all our clothes and shopping items👍🏻

A friend promised that the St. Regis Shenzhen provided among the best hotel experiences in China, so I had high hopes. I wasn’t disappointed. Amazing service throughout my stay, facilities that were beyond beautiful (the lobby!!), swimming on the 75th floor, delicious drinks in the lobby bar… I booked my stay hoping to feel luxurious and indulgent; the hotel more than delivered. This is the kind of hotel stay I’ll remember (and enthuse about) for years to come.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff upgraded our room to a higher level. I like the buffet too! It was delicious. I definitely coming here to stay again. I would recommend this site for our friends and family. The bed was nice too. I had great sleep.

Really great quality hotel with very professional staff. They were able to accommodate our requests, including helping to arrange return of a toy that our child left behind. Location convenient to access the Sunac Mall, only around a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we had a good stay and would highly recommend this place!

Excellent service and renovated during covid. The pool is not heated and is cold. There’s a spa there for massages and it’s convenient . It’s across the street from Guangzhou east so it’s super convenient.

Super clean. Got a welcome card and a box of tasty treats upon arrival. Located within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. I stayed here two nights for work . Would return with my family for pleasure since there seems a lot to explore. The bedding was nice quality though the mattress a bit too hard for my taste.

Excellent service. fitness center swimming pool and spa are amazing! Very good hotel. Minor problem about noisy tv and air con. Provided quick fix that night, and reassure me they will provide long term fix. Also gave me small gift to compensate. Overall handling the issue very well. Please remember to fix. And for me, I will choose this hotel again for sure. Thank you for the amazing service and stay!

Not a bad hotel, but for price and convenience, wouldn’t recommend. We got there at 3pm in time for check in, but they told us they needed another hour to clean the room, we insisted and then suddenly there was another room available hmm.. and also they’re the only hotel out of the 4 during our trip, that did not want to deliver takeouts to the room. I guess with the wide selections of takeouts on **, it’s really difficult for them to sell a RMB 150 plate of fried rice. During our check out, the manager came over to ask for feedbacks, we expressed our dissatisfaction for him to tell us that we should understand it’s a very busy hotel haha, he then just casually without saying a word, walked away.

Good value for money! Minor point to note is that the room did not have toilet paper when I get the room, and I had to call the room service. Overall, good hotel and great value for money.

Mr. Zero Zhang from the concierge is very friendly and helpful. When asked him for the nearby attractions and restaurants, he advised us patiently. The location of the hotel is nearer to the East Gate of Yue Xiu Park, where we spotted this bookstore with Zen feel. However, it took about 15 min walk to the nearer mrt station. I would suggest the front desk to have a clearer queuing line for check in. There is one counter stated on the floor carpet for membership, so I queued at the next counter where the staff was serving a customer in front of me. Another counter was also busy at that time. As it was slightly further, so I thought it meant for checking out. While I was waiting, I noticed guest who came in later than me was being served at this counter. May be the hotel can arrange someone at the check-in counter to advise the guest when checking in. (This is the other hotel which I visited have done so.)

帶孩子出來玩寶貝很喜歡這個企鵝元素，房間是上下鋪，上鋪這個很放心不用擔心寶寶摔下來，還有小度智能音箱，還特別的配置了寶寶的洗漱用品很驚喜很細心，酒店位置交通也很方便不需要過多的等待，離珠海站和拱北口岸都非常近，走路十五分鐘樣子就能到，管家也是非常的貼心負責，客房的姐姐送物也很及時，非常棒的體驗，推薦推薦！！下次還會來住

We booked the Snowhouse Family Room. There's an igloo toyhouse in the room which my son really loved. There are also a lot of other activities for children inside this hotel besides going to The Ocean Kingdom. The buffet dinner was a surprise to us because there were so many kinds of food and different seafood. I hope they could have Snowhouse Family Room with View (for seeing the firework) in the future coz we would love to see firework in the room after a long day.

Top notch facilities and service as expected from Marriott, brand new hotel and professional staff. A very pleasant stay indeed. Special thanks to Ms. Kate Huang and her crew for the excellent preparation and warm welcome. Definitely worth coming back.

The hotel is very nice, big and clean. All the staff work there are very professional, friendly and helpful to their guests. Especially several names I want to mention here: Ashley 丹丹: She was the first one to show me the hotel room we booked in the VIP building. She tried her best to fix the family room for us so that my parents can stay there comfortably and safely. She even offered free coffee to us and our friends before the room got ready. She also showed me the hotel spa place when I asked her yesterday. Angel works in the cafe took pictures for us and offered to get drinks for our breakfast. She is very caring. Jessy works in the lobby is also very concerned with my parents safety when they get on and off the cars. Wang (𤣩) si fu, the driver drove us to the port area to return to Hong Kong today. He is also a very professional and friendly guy. The bellboy Wai and his co-worker in the lobby (the Indian guy) are both kind and friendly to us too. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely recommend to our friends and families to stay there when they travel to 珠海。I will also definitely return to this 5 star hotel next time traveling to China with my two girls and husband. This hotel really deserves a 5 star rating in every aspect.
