"The location is a bit far from Yunxi Station. If you have large luggage, it will be difficult because there are some steep slopes. There are some restaurants nearby, including CU, which are all closed after 9:00 pm.
At the same time, the surrounding area will be relatively desolate. It is a new hotel and very quiet.
It is inconvenient to eat and drink while living here.
The hotel is very clean and there are good toiletries in the bathroom.
There is a lot of hot water, the heating in the room is very good, and the floor heating is also good.
Breakfast provides general supermarket toast, jam, cream, and coffee instant bars.
After leaving the next day, we called Uber to drop off at the airport."

ССНатальяПрилет в Инчхон был после 22 часов, поэтому решила переночевать около аэропорта. Очень приятная комната и отзывчивый хозяин отеля. В номере было большое окно и удобная, теплая и мягкая постель. Номер оборудован всем необходимым до мелочей: полотенца, провод для подзарядки теоефона на все разъёмы, чайник, телевизор, стиральная машина, плита и посуда. В холле: вода, чай, кофе, сахар, бумага, ручки и прочие мелочи.
Самостоятельная регистрация проблем не вызвала. Главное читать внимательно, что написано в инструкции по регистрации.
Водитель такси не нашел адреса на карте указанный на ваучере брони на корейском языке. Проблема решилась звонком хозяину отеля.

GGuest UserThe room was bigger than I expected, which was nice. The bed cushions were so fluffy, I had a great night's sleep. ^^
The only thing that was a little disappointing was the stain on the bed cover.
Other than that, I was overall satisfied.
I enjoyed the ocean view and watching the passing boats. ^^

GGuest UserI was wondering what it would be like since it's a guesthouse, but there was a shower and toilet in the room (it's all in one, so the toilet gets wet when you shower) and the room was clean!! The owner was also kind. There is a microwave in the common area, so you can buy food to heat up and eat! There is no refrigerator in the room. There are no toothbrushes, so it's best to bring your own. (There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower room.) It's far from the nearest station, so I couldn't walk in the hot sun, so I took the bus. The bus fare seems to be a flat rate of 15,000 won. (You pay when you get on, and there's no change, so it's best to pay by touching your card)

Ssince2789Check-in was confusing because we did not know we would not be able to leave bags at the guesthouse before check-in time. Additionally, upon being called and told to message with questions due to the language barrier, no one responded to my text message or WhatsApp message. Airport shuttle was offered but it was done rather abruptly/brusquely. The towels on offer were hand towel-sized, not bath towels, so make sure you bring your own if needed. The upsides were that the place was spotless, had complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast included, and it was near many food places.

TTTttt0706I genuinely want to give Prince's Place a glowing review. I'm so glad we booked with them for this concert trip; it saved us a ton of hassle. Prince (that's what we all affectionately call the owner, haha) is incredibly kind, charming, and always went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
The service was truly exceptional. From the moment we connected on WeChat, communication was seamless (Prince, by the way, used to be a student in Beijing). He thoughtfully provided free, flexible shuttle service to and from the venue whenever we needed it, and even to the nearby Eulwangri Beach. His WeChat replies were super fast. We could even order takeout/delivery through him when we got back at night. Airport transfers were available for just 10,000 KRW (many of our friends were overcharged elsewhere for this, so we felt incredibly lucky!). One friend even left something behind, and Prince made a special trip to deliver it – truly touching!
As for the rooms, there are many types available. We booked the largest suite, which truly had an ocean view and was very spacious for three people. The fridge was always stocked with iced water and small drinks, which was a really nice touch! No need to worry if you forget your adapter; they provide universal power strips that accommodate both two-prong and three-prong plugs.
The location is also fantastic. It's very close to Eulwangri Beach. Right outside, there's a delicious Bossam (boiled pork wraps) restaurant and some excellent seafood.
We're truly grateful to Prince for giving us such a wonderful experience on our trip to Korea. If we ever go back to Incheon, we'll definitely choose to stay here again. I also highly recommend this place to all my fellow concert-goers heading to Inspire – trust me, you won't regret it!

TTheMachineOn arrival day, our flight into ICN airport was delayed. After we landed at around 23:00, I called the phone number in the listing to notify the host that we will be arriving late. The host picked up the phone right away, and although the phone signal was bad and there was a little bit of communication issue with English, eventually we got the message through. We ended up in a long line at immigration clearance, and after the taxi ride, we arrived at the property after 00:30. When we got there, the host was outside waiting for us, quickly checked my passport and then helped us get our 3 suitcases, 4 backpacks, and a stroller into our unit.
We stayed one night and checked out the next day. As we were leaving at 11:00 (check-out time), the staff were already cleaning the other rooms and the common area. On our way out, the host asked us where we were going, and then gave us a ride to Unseo subway station for free.
I have never experienced a more hospitable host than DreamTrip Guesthouse. The service was beyond awesome.
Keep in mind that the property is more akin to a private dormitory with private restroom and shower, and a communal kitchen and dining area. The room is fairly small, with the beds taking us most of the space, but it is enough for a night of sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use any of the communal facilities. Also, as we found other while leaving, the host seemed to be much more fluent in Mandarin than English. It would be helpful if languages spoken were advertised in this listing.

AAmir_amiThe room was surprisingly spacious, especially when compared to typical accommodations in Seoul. It was well-equipped and remarkably quiet, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. A 24-hour convenience store is conveniently located just 100 meters from the entrance, so you'll never have to worry about grabbing snacks or any necessities. Plus, it's very close to the airport, only a 15-minute drive away.

AArsalan122I had a comfortable stay. I had to catch a flight at 6 am in the morning. Hotel staff was professional and courteous. They helped me book hotel taxi which gave me a comfortable ride to the airport. There were some noise coming and there was no ventilation except for the window. But overall it was comfortable and cheap. Bottled water was given. There was a small refrigerator and an electric kettle. The bathroom was spacious and hot water was available. I would recommend this place because they treated foreigners with respect. There was no microwave oven in the room.
