GGuest UserArrived early around 1330hrs- asked if early check in is possible, Front desk agent person Sylvia Jeong(only remember last name sorry) professionally greated, explaned about the accomodation and what i am entitled with highly experienced attitude and knoweldge. Helped me to purchase club access to enjoy food and the club access; Not only her; but on the way to the suite, every paradise team members greeted, asked if help is needed and i was very much satisfied. I had strong impression the IR must have strong management team to bring up the service level this high. Turnndown service i requested for 1830hrs was accomodated without a problem or any delay, club food was good, team members at the lounge was helping each other with big smile regardless of their department or duty which i believe team members should be very proud of themselves. Paradise city is a big IR property. I was not expecting this high level of service quaility. They really are the top notch, i felt, experienxed like i am staying in the 200 rooms and below, small luxuary resort kind of detailed service experience. I will definetly revisit.

XXiaofengGEasy access from ICN T1: From Arrivals Hall (1st floor), exit via Gate 3, cross the pedestrian crosswalk directly outside, look for the bus stop labeled 3C on the left hand side, there is a Hyatt shuttle stop sign. The service is from 5:35am to 22:05pm, every 30 minutes. Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!

The environment is quiet and clean, the front desk service is attentive, and the facilities are complete. It's also conveniently located for getting around. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend staying here!

AAnonymous UserCame for the SKZ fan meet, so I stayed at the Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort for convenience. It's just a few minutes' walk from the venue, super close. The hotel facilities are also very new, and the staff are friendly. The front desk even has Chinese-speaking staff. Plus, the hotel's commercial area has stores like Olive Young and CU, and there were still shops open in the dining area after the show. Overall, if you're seeing a show at INSPIRE Arena, staying here is incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right around the corner from Exit 3 of Bupyeong Station, so it's super close to the subway line. There are also many convenience stores nearby, as well as a Lotte Supermarket, making it very convenient for shopping. A little further away, there's an Olive Young at Bupyeong 1-dong, which is great for buying cosmetics. Plus, these less touristy Olive Young stores are very generous with samples! There was also a lovely staff member who spoke Chinese. I highly recommend this Olive Young! The only major downside of the hotel is that they don't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, so definitely remember to bring your own. They offer complimentary breakfast in the mornings, and it's quite pleasant to sit by the window, enjoy your meal, and watch the cherry blossoms.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and allowed me to check in 3h early as there was a vacant room. But I had a REALLY BAD experience of the room. From the moment i entered, there was one set of lights that kept turning off and on again periodically. I didn't mind that at first as there were other lights in the room. But when it was time to sleep, I switched off all the lights and went to bed. Throughout the night, the lights just turned on and off on its own. When i tried adjusting the light settings, the panel felt overheated and pressing the buttons sometimes did not have any effect. Did not tell the staff as it was already 2am by then and I would be checking out at 6am. I would have been ok with a malfunctioning set of lights that cannot be switched on. But for lights to just turn on and off as if they have a mind of their own, its completely unacceptable.

PphilipzkThis is a Wyndham-branded hotel with a great location. It's right next to Unseo Station on the airport line, just two stops (about 7 minutes) from Incheon Airport T1. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, though it takes around 30 minutes to reach T1. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a Lotte Mart supermarket next door. This Howard Johnson shares a lobby with the Days Inn next door, and a lot of airline crew stay here. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine as an airport transit hotel.

GGuest UserStaying for one night during a layover in Korea. The hotel is super convenient to get to from the airport by subway; it's right across the street from the subway exit. The main entrance is actually around the back of the building. There's a CU convenience store directly opposite the front entrance, which was great for snacks. Downstairs, there are two Olive Young stores if you're looking for popular Korean cosmetics. The room's cleanliness, however, could use some improvement.

MmailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
