GGuest UserMy stay at Paradise City was pretty average overall. The hotel positions itself as high-end, but personally, I didn't find the value for money particularly outstanding. It was surprising to find that some disposable toiletries incurred an extra charge, which is something I've never encountered in a hotel of this supposed caliber.
The hotel's decor leans towards a European style, which is quite common among hotels of similar standing in China, and it wasn't as luxurious as I had imagined. However, the art pieces displayed throughout the hotel were quite unique and worth a look.
The affiliated CIMER spa experience was just okay. It's open until 9 PM, but they start clearing out around 8:30 PM, which felt a bit rushed and wasn't particularly impressive.
As an airport hotel, it's fairly convenient for a short overnight stopover to rest. However, the shuttle bus only runs once an hour, and the first bus isn't until 10 AM, making it largely useless for early morning flights. We ended up having the hotel arrange a taxi to the airport, which cost about 13,500 Korean Won, a price I found acceptable.
In summary, it's a decent option if you just need to transition for one night near the airport. But if you're expecting a full-fledged resort experience with high expectations, you might be a little disappointed.

ZzorigsaikhanThe room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel’s location is convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast selection was decent, though there is some room for improvement.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the hotel is suitable for future visits.

CChuankoushichahantiemuerI had a 17-hour layover in Incheon on my way back to China from the US, so I chose this hotel with an airport shuttle to rest for a night. I was hoping for a comfortable stay to wash away my travel fatigue, but I ended up very dissatisfied.
The service attitude was what bothered me the most. It was off-season, and although I booked last minute, I didn't get a low-priced room. However, the staff's attitude was very cold and poor. Even with multiple front desk staff and only a few guests waiting, they didn't open more check-in counters. Several staff members were just chatting, frequently deferring to others, making me wait in line for a long time to check in. The person who handled my check-in didn't smile at all and seemed very impatient.
Finally, they gave me a room on the second floor with only rooftops visible outside the window. Given that it was off-season, I strongly suspect they gave me such a room because I'm Chinese. The scale in the room had no battery, the showerhead leaked, and the toilet had many minor issues.
While the hotel had several restaurants, they were all quite empty and bleak.
The only upside is that most places accepted WeChat Pay and Alipay, which saved me the hassle of exchanging Korean Won.

NNekoTeNLocation: It's right next to Bupyeong Station. If you're coming from Seoul Subway Line 1, you'll see it as soon as you exit to the ground floor. However, if you're coming from Incheon Subway Line 1, it's a bit more complicated to get to, so I'd recommend using Seoul Subway Line 1 if possible. There seemed to be some construction going on at the entrance, and the hotel didn't provide any information about it, but fortunately, there wasn't much noise.
Facilities: It's the standard Toyoko Inn setup. For the price, I can't really complain. It's probably the best you can get for what you pay.
Service: The breakfast might be a bit cold for foreigners, but it was delicious.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is about an 8min walk from Unseo Station (according to Naver Maps) but I took a bus from Incheon T1 (223, gate 6) which took about 20min and put me about a 3min walk away. Fuss free check in, and they have a free shuttle bus service to the airport which you reserve in advance. There's also complimentary breakfast of bread, rice, soup, cereal and ramen. My room was clean, comfortable and came with a mini-fridge, kettle and even a steam closet and a dry sauna. Shampoo and soap were provided, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and other consumables were available to purchase from the vending machine. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores right outside the door. Good for staying a night or two.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and allowed me to check in 3h early as there was a vacant room.
But I had a REALLY BAD experience of the room. From the moment i entered, there was one set of lights that kept turning off and on again periodically. I didn't mind that at first as there were other lights in the room. But when it was time to sleep, I switched off all the lights and went to bed. Throughout the night, the lights just turned on and off on its own. When i tried adjusting the light settings, the panel felt overheated and pressing the buttons sometimes did not have any effect. Did not tell the staff as it was already 2am by then and I would be checking out at 6am.
I would have been ok with a malfunctioning set of lights that cannot be switched on. But for lights to just turn on and off as if they have a mind of their own, its completely unacceptable.

AAnonymous UserThe room is great! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Not only is Unseo Station downstairs, but there are also three OY (presumably another hotel or store chain), plus a very popular coffee shop and an ice cream parlor! And right across from the hotel entrance is a CU convenience store! Superb 👍🏻

GGuest UserExcellent place near the airport. Bus stops are nearby. There are many coffee shops, cafés, and restaurants in the area. It’s a very quiet neighborhood.
The apartment itself is wonderful and clean. We stayed on the top, 23rd floor, went to the saunas, and walked to the sea. The apartment is very warm thanks to the heated floors.

YyunjiThe staff were so friendly.
The room was clean and odor-free.
Even though there was a heavy rain warning, the room wasn't damp at all.
The beach was right next door, which was convenient.
The tide schedule was in the lobby, so you could check it out.
They also seemed to lend umbrellas, which was convenient.
I left my dog at the pet hotel, and it exceeded my expectations.
The photos show him having a great time.
There's also a photo zone.
