JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.
Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly.
Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.
One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff.
Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Llatvia3437An absolutely wonderful stay! I especially want to highlight and thank Jim, the customer service manager, for his help with the room temperature throughout my visit.
On my first night, it was nearly 1 AM, and I couldn't sleep because the room was too warm. Jim responded to my WeChat message instantly. He immediately sent someone with a fan and ice to cool down the room.
First thing the next morning, I told him it was still hot and asked if he could open the windows to air out the room during the day. Instead, he promptly arranged a suite upgrade for me. He also committed to keeping me updated all day on how he was managing the temperature in the new room to ensure maximum comfort. He even waited for me to arrive at the hotel at 10 AM, showed me the room, and made sure I was satisfied before helping me pack and move my luggage. Before leaving, he proactively offered a late checkout so I could get some proper rest.
His service was incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely focused on the guest's needs. I haven't experienced this level of service in many years.
Beyond that, the hotel is very new, and the toiletries are Byredo. My stay was very quiet and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserTraveling to Changchun with my kids, this hotel was perfectly located! Guilin Road was a 5-minute walk to the left, and the Zoological and Botanical Garden was a 5-minute walk to the right. Plus, the subway entrance is right outside – absolutely essential for a trip! The staff were really welcoming and professional in solving any issues. It's definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Changchun! I missed seeing the Snow Monkey last time, so I'll go again in the spring and stay here!

JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

- Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb
- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. MM52909****The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

YYukikazeGoThis hotel, originally the Yamato Hotel built by the South Manchuria Railway, boasts a century of history, and its decor beautifully reflects that historical charm. The mosaic artwork in the lobby is particularly photogenic. Despite its vintage aesthetic, the facilities are thoroughly modern. Upon check-in, we were even thoughtfully provided with yogurt and snacks. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, making it spacious enough for two. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich, offering a great mix of Western and Chinese dishes, all delicious. The hotel is located directly opposite Changchun Station, with entrances to Metro Lines 1 and 3 right outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. There's also ample parking, so no worries if you're driving. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Changchun to explore the historical sites related to the Puppet Manchukuo.

The service attitude is superb, the check-in speed is fast, and we also take the initiative to recommend nearby food and play routes. The room was spotless and the stay was particularly comfortable. Because of Owen's intimate service, this stay experience is directly full, and I will come here on business trips in the future!

GGuest UserJust arrived to check in, the beauty at the front desk, Yue Xuan, poured two cups of hot tea for us, warm tea and her enthusiasm immediately drove the cold outside,
The room facilities are complete, the supplies are clean and tidy, the mattress and pillows give a big praise, as always comfortable
More praiseworthy is that the mobile phone and ID card fell in the room when checking out. Banyan Tree immediately contacted us and gave a big praise 👍 to one.
