GGuest UserThe room decor was lovely. We stayed in an executive twin room with two 1.35m beds, which was perfect for our family of four, not at all cramped. It was also very clean. The service was excellent; the front desk and restaurant staff were all very welcoming. The hotel has a laundry room, and I saw staff cleaning the dryers when I went to do laundry in the morning. The washing machines and dryers are cleaned three times a day. Changchun is also a wonderful city! Next time I visit Changchun, I'll definitely stay here again. (Didn't take any photos of the hotel, too tired from sightseeing every day, so here are a few photos of Changchun instead.)

TTaisuiyeye**Amenities:** The shower water constantly fluctuated between hot and cold, which was a major deal-breaker and made me abandon my original plan to extend my stay by two days. There was no luggage rack in the room, so I had to open my suitcase on the sofa. On the positive side, the smart toilet was a nice touch.
**Cleanliness:** Excellent.
**Environment:** The Iqun River is right outside, making it very convenient for walks.
**Service:** Excellent, with staff always present at the elevator entrance to guide guests. However, the sales staff were quite annoying; they would approach you for contact information during breakfast or afternoon tea, and when asked for a price quote, they were evasive and unhelpful.

Ccoconut.oThe hotel environment was great, the facilities were new, and the cleanliness was good. However, the service was rather average. The front desk staff were particularly inflexible. When I booked the hotel through Ctrip, it included three complimentary travel photos, but the front desk never proactively asked if I needed that service. The toiletries kit in the room was empty. When I called the front desk to ask for cotton swabs, they asked how many I needed. I said I wanted more, but they only brought me seven cotton swabs over four nights. The service really needs improvement; it severely impacts the guest experience.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! The hotel boasts an elegant environment with a strong sense of design. Its location is super convenient, making both travel and shopping a breeze. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, ranging from local specialties to Western pastries. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, with soft, comfortable beds and all the amenities one could need. The underground parking had plenty of spaces, so parking was never an issue. There are also many attractions and shopping areas nearby, offering plenty of options for getting around. The robot room service was a delightful surprise – both fun and efficient, adding a futuristic touch. All the staff were very dedicated, promptly responding to any requests and genuinely looking out for guests, making me feel right at home. All in all, this was a highly satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends!

I chose the Jingyue Holiday Hotel for my business trip to Changchun, and I was truly pleasantly surprised! The hotel environment was superb, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept in until I naturally woke up.
The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was incredibly fast. A special thank you to Ms. Joan Nie Wenqian for her thoughtfulness and care, making me, a late-night arrival, feel so welcome. The housekeeping was also meticulous, with impeccable attention to detail! 📍The location is super convenient, right near Jingyuetan Lake, with beautiful greenery all around—perfect for a morning run!
The breakfast selection was extensive, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the local specialties were especially authentic! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changchun, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for tourism or business!

I especially like all members of today's Prince Xuan class, because not only took the initiative to help us carry our luggage, but also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding recommendations in detail, which made people feel intimate. Details surprise: The hotel also prepared welcome fruits and small cards, and the details of the smart devices, minibars and other details in the room are impressive. The pool and gym are also well maintained and the experience is great.
And when I checked in yesterday, it was New Year's Day, and the hotel also prepared free dumplings for us! delicious! I will definitely choose here next time I come to Changchun! GGuest UserThe layout of the room is really intimate! As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the warmth. The bed was soft and comfortable, slept for one night, and the next day was refreshing. The sound insulation of the room is also superb, and I sleep very sweetly at night. Moreover, the facilities in the room are all available, smart toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, oversized projection screen...Living here is as comfortable as at home.

GGuest UserLast year, I stayed at this hotel on my way to Harbin. My whole family was very satisfied. The room was spacious, quiet, reasonably priced, and included breakfast. However, they should pay attention to the details of the facilities. The room we stayed in this time had a safety hazard: a raised metal bar next to the bed could easily cause a trip or scratch. I hope the hotel will promptly rectify this to prevent further accidents! Also, there's a great swimming pool right next door. It's on the first floor, and the large bathhouse on the second floor connects to the first floor. There are both deep and shallow pools. It's 39 per person, and it's cheaper to buy it at **. It closes at 9:00 at the latest, so staying with children means you can still enjoy some water fun.
