Guest UserGuoxin Nanshan is our top choice for a weekend getaway in Changchun! The room was comfortable and spotless, and they even thoughtfully provided bedtime milk before we slept – so many warm, thoughtful touches everywhere. The front desk lady was super gentle and sweet, and she even gave my daughter a lovely little toy. Right downstairs is a huge water park with clean, well-maintained water. We could float on the lazy river, go down slides, and soak in various therapeutic hot springs. Playing in the water truly washes away all fatigue. The experience was absolutely fantastic, totally worth the trip. We'll definitely be back!

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

Guest UserThe overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

💰 Incredible value, five-star experience at an affordable price
As an international brand under Marriott, this hotel consistently receives high praise. The cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch, far exceeding other hotels in the same price range.
Whether it's for a business trip, family vacation, or a weekend getaway, you can book with confidence – it’s definitely one of the best accommodations in Changchun. Most importantly, it also offers charging for new energy vehicles, and the price is very reasonable.

The overall facilities and service are five-star, and the lobby lounge areas are very well maintained. It felt like there weren't many guests, so the breakfast buffet seemed a bit simple. The hot spring wasn't crowded, and the kids' play area (naughty castle) was quite spacious – perfect for relaxing and entertaining the little ones. We stayed for two nights, and when it was time to check out, my five-and-a-half-year-old son cried and didn't want to leave, saying he wanted to stay for another week. My daughter specifically asked me to extend a special thank you to the staff in the women's hot spring section. They took great care of my eight-year-old daughter while she was changing and showering alone, even helping her blow-dry her hair. Thank you! We hope to have the chance to stay here again when we return to Changchun.

Guest UserWhat impressed me most about this stay was the service of the hotel. The hotel is close to the West Ring Road subway station, and the travel is very calm and there is no need to worry about rushing. Pushing open the door, a faint fragrance came, the room was clean as if no one had lived, the sun was sprinkled on the soft carpet through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which made people relax instantly. At breakfast time, I sat by the window, eating a hot breakfast, drinking a strong coffee, and my heart was full of comfort. Xu Wei, the waiter at the front desk, always smiled and spoke softly, making people feel like spring breeze. This is not only a resting place on the journey, but also a warm home. Thank you for this unexpected beauty. Will choose to stay here next time! ! !

I frequently stay at the Sheraton Gaoxin, and this time I came with friends for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. The room was clean; I had asked the staff to air it out for me in advance, so it felt very comfortable when I walked in. Even though the weather was often rainy, I was still in a great mood. I really love the lighting in the lobby; I always want to take photos whenever I visit.
Service: All the staff are excellent. I even bothered them to bring up my late-night takeout order – really appreciate their hard work!
Environment: Great, and it smells good!
Facilities: Perfect

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request.
The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made.
The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected.
With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

Laotiantiana~This is an older five-star international hotel in the Jingyue area. Its location is excellent, but the facilities are showing their age, creating a noticeable contrast. The location and surroundings are unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel has strong reception capabilities with relatively comprehensive amenities. There's no robot delivery for food, so you have to pick it up from the lobby yourself. The breakfast is decent, though some of the hot dishes were a bit salty!
