The air condition unit was absent in the suite, although its remote control was there. The reception staff advised that the aircondition unit is placed in the corridor outside of the suite. This is weird and unacceptable at 30 grades celsium heat. The rooms description contains aircondiition unit. Besides that the restaurants (declared there are two - Japanese and Mediterranean) were closed due to unknown reasons. The rest is ok. The management has to update the descriptions at Web-Site and hotel reservation portals as for instance -booking.com

너무 깨끗하고, 방이 넓어서 좋았어요. 침대랑 베게도 몸을 감싸듯 편안해서 있는 내내 잘 잤어요. 직원들이 영어 구사도 잘하고 친절해요. 조식이 뷔페식이 아니고 메뉴판에 있는 메뉴를 선택하는 거예요. 너무 신선하고 방금한 따뜻한 요리를 제공해줘서 조식이 기다려질 정도로 좋았어요. 엘레베이터는 없지만, 직원들이 짐을 옮겨줘서 불편함이 없었어요. 요청하면 바로 서비스를 제공해줘서 있는 내내 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 체크 아웃 때 택시도 잡아줘서 편하게 이동할 수 있었어요. 시티 센터 쪽이 아니여서 바로 옆에 식당이 1개 있고, 배달 어플로 음식을 시켜 먹을 수 있어요. 배달 어플은 로비 호텔 직원에게 물어보면 바로 알려줘요. 호텔 복도에서 르라보 어나더13 향기가 나서 더 포근하게 느껴졌던것 같아요.

A pleasant hotel with convenient location, comfortable bed, beautiful view from windows. A pleasant atmosphere is preserved. The front desk is very good, but the room is a bit old, the sound insulation is not very good, often people are noisy in the corridor, there is no elevator breakfast is not bad opposite. Very close to the city center.

Room price is abnormally high for a hotel where you have to pay €18 per person per day to use the pool.

The room was nice, very clean, very European, the bed was very soft, and I had a different experience. The breakfast was a bit expensive. It would be better if free breakfast was provided. I would stay here for the second time.
