This hotel is really great! I was so surprised they even offer travel photography – I didn't expect that at all. I was in a rush and not exactly a young girl anymore, so I didn't try it this time. But if I have more time next time, I definitely want to give it a go, especially since you get 9 free shots! The voco hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful retro red and black design. Both the lobby and the corridors are super photogenic. The room was clean and luxurious, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much natural light. The ambiance is just perfect, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Hailey Zhang, the receptionist, was so kind and thoughtful, she even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was exquisite, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very close to Jingyuetan, Wanda Plaza, and Siji Nanhe. It's super convenient to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. They even have a thoughtful late-night snack service from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

The reservation is a family room, with a large bed of 1.8 and a small bed of 1.35. The room is large in size and the drinking water and daily necessities are fully furnished. The room is cleaned very cleanly, and the bathroom is also equipped with alcohol wipes that can be wiped. Hotel staff will respond positively to the needs of the guests and deliver them as soon as possible, and will take the initiative to say hello. Next to the hotel is the shopping mall and food street, which is very convenient for eating. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay at Lavande Hotel Jingyue University Town.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was incredibly fast. A special thank you to Ms. Joan Nie Wenqian for her thoughtfulness and care, making me, a late-night arrival, feel so welcome. The housekeeping was also meticulous, with impeccable attention to detail! 📍The location is super convenient, right near Jingyuetan Lake, with beautiful greenery all around—perfect for a morning run! The breakfast selection was extensive, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the local specialties were especially authentic! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changchun, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for tourism or business!

First off, the verdict: extremely satisfied! I booked a room here because I was in the area for some business, and I really wanted to experience Hampton by Hilton's 5.0 design aesthetic. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and asked about my room preferences. I'm quite particular about my room, especially preferring a quiet one. They promptly arranged a very quiet room for me, showing great responsiveness and enthusiasm! Despite there being a civil service exam nearby and a lot of guests, the room's soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast was also very generous! It's Hampton's unique standard, and the noodles and stir-fried dishes were all delicious – truly great flavor! Even with many people eating breakfast, it was well-organized and not noisy. The service staff were also very quick to respond to any requests. I needed to print some documents last minute, and the lobby even had a color printer and computer available for use! Overall, the environment and cleanliness are excellent, and the location is very convenient. The front desk had tourist maps and even recommended some great local eateries. There's both underground and surface parking available. I'll definitely be back!

This is my second time staying. Although the room space is not large, the price is very cost-effective, the infrastructure is relatively complete, one thing is not very good, the mirror is facing the bed, but it may be because the space itself is not very big. I still recommend everyone to live.

You can play with your phone while charging. There is also a vending machine downstairs. If you forget to bring something, you can buy it directly. The room rate also includes breakfast. It is a self-service form with many different dishes. The dishes are very fresh. The most important thing is that there is a free laundry room. You can dry it directly after washing, which is very convenient!

Service is excellent! I had a package that was delivered late, and Ying ying went above and beyond, to help make forwarding to my next destination happen, while still working within the restrictions imposed by the company for refraining from any financial exchanges with the staff. On top of that, her services were top notch in helping us with our food delivery on *******. The staff are generally very friendly, polite and helpful. Amenities has reduced points due to the absence of weighing scale despite a huge hotel gym.

During my stay, I asked him for advice on local transportation and dining, and he provided incredibly practical and detailed recommendations, even helping me look up routes and opening hours.
