"The hygiene was good, and the service was excellent; they were very responsive to requests. I stayed for three days, and on the first day, I left a note asking for extra water bottles, and they were promptly placed in my room. They even helped hang my clothes to dry, which was a thoughtful touch. I made sure to ask for the name of our room attendant, who was Ge Yan. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to strictly enforce the no-smoking policy in non-smoking rooms, as smoke odor is very difficult to eliminate. My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room. The location is fantastic, right by Changying (Changchun Film Studio), bus route 54, and This Mountain, which is very convenient."

"Excellent value for a five-star hotel, and Lena was incredibly professional! I compared several five-star hotels in Changchun, and this one had the best location and price. Lena's service was even better than many high-end establishments. She proactively helped me with my luggage to the elevator and gave me useful tips during check-in – so thoughtful. The room had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the shower had great water pressure. The cleanliness was impeccable, not a single speck of dust. Definitely worth every penny."

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. GGuest UserI booked the Herun Art Hotel in advance through Ctrip. I contacted the hotel by phone before arriving. Because we were traveling with elderly family members, they assigned us a quieter room. The hotel has parking, a wide variety of breakfast options, and provides late-night snacks and bath amenities. The hotel's cooked meals were also excellent; I took some to-go to the air show, and they were delicious. I especially want to thank the front desk manager, Han Chunli, for his responsiveness and thoughtful service over the past two days. It was truly a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changchun.

Beautiful desk, very cozy and inspirational for working, city looks also lovely, sound of the city from the window, I like that.
Slippers are warm and you get a small body lotion, so cute and a very strong tea.
Beds on the soft side but very nice.
Will come back.

TTujidamowang&xianshengThe hotel lobby is quite clean, consistent with the Hampton by Hilton style. The room is well-equipped with facilities, including a mini-fridge. The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties. The restaurant is quite spacious; it didn't feel crowded when we went for breakfast at 7:30 AM.
We had a small incident during our stay:
We checked in a little after 2:30 PM and went out to explore without going into the room first. When we returned around 9 PM, we found the room to be quite spacious. However, it didn't feel warm when we first entered, and actually got colder the longer we stayed. I turned on the AC for heat and saw the room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius, but the air blowing out didn't feel warm. Then I noticed the curtains kept moving, and realized someone had kindly opened the window for ventilation and left it open until evening. The front desk was quick to resolve the issue. They first sent a space heater, but it didn't really warm up the room. I wasn't satisfied, so I checked the AC again; it only went up 2 degrees in half an hour, so the heating was very slow. Eventually, the front desk moved us to a different room. Although it wasn't as large as the first one, being warm was the most important thing.

theres those kind of ADULT MASSAGE ADVERTISE PAPER stuck in between my door!! how can you like this kind of thing into a hotel? I travel to many parts of china this is my first time seeing this kind of stuff. I dont know is culture or not, but this is supposing to not appear in a hotel.
And secondly, when i lock my door, the chain lock is not there, the in door lock is like shakey.
than the toilet cover is sooo dirty luckily the second cover is clean. other than that, the view is very nice

GGuest UserMy teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.
