"My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again."

"Right as I entered the hotel, the front desk offered me a bottle of hot water to warm my hands. I also redeemed a welcome fruit with just 1 point on Ctrip. The hotel breakfast was good, and it's about 300 meters from the subway station, so the location is quite convenient. The room is a bit small but has everything you need; it was perfect for a solo traveler.
I mainly booked this place because all the other hotels had jacked up their prices for New Year's Day; the hotel I stayed at the night before literally doubled in price... This place barely raised its rates, which made it an exceptional value in comparison. I didn't expect the service to be this good either. Highly recommend."

"Chose this place with a friend for our Changchun trip, and the location is absolutely fantastic! It's right near People's Square, so getting around by public transport is super convenient – no hassle at all getting anywhere. The hotel itself has a unique charm, and it's spotlessly clean with no strange odors whatsoever. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, the room facilities are good; a few minor details weren't perfect but didn't detract from the experience. "This hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more.
The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service!
We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time.
The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient.

"The overall stay is very good, the new store environment is very good, the air is fresh and odorless. The room is clean and bright, the facilities are complete and easy to use, and the mattress is moderately hard and soft. The hotel is just over 100 meters from the subway station, situated in a bustling area with stunning night views – though the windows were a bit dirty. The room itself was very comfortable with plenty of outlets, but only one was conveniently located. The others were quite far away, under the TV, making it very inconvenient for charging phones at night. The breakfast was affordable, the dining environment was comfortable, and the staff were very warm and helpful."

JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.
Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly.
Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.

The room facilities are complete, the supplies are clean and tidy, the mattress and pillows give a big praise, as always comfortable
More praiseworthy is that the mobile phone and ID card fell in the room when checking out. Banyan Tree immediately contacted us and gave a big praise 👍 to one.

KKakaxiThis hotel was a pleasant surprise! It really lives up to five-star standards. The lobby is huge, and the decor is incredibly high-spec. They even upgraded us to a family room for free, which felt like it was over 40 square meters. The cleanliness is on par with a five-star hotel, and it has a large bay window that lets in a lot of comfortable natural light. The bathroom is also very spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. For the price, this is genuinely one of the most value-for-money hotels I've ever stayed in. Plus, the subway station is right outside, and it's within walking distance of the zoo where you can see the snow monkeys. All in all, it was fantastic!

JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

The lobby and rooms are stylishly decorated with a great atmosphere. The bedding was clean and soft, providing a wonderful sleep experience. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing was just average. In general, it offers excellent value for money and I recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. TTujidamowang&xianshengThe hotel lobby is quite clean, consistent with the Hampton by Hilton style. The room is well-equipped with facilities, including a mini-fridge. The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties. The restaurant is quite spacious; it didn't feel crowded when we went for breakfast at 7:30 AM.
We had a small incident during our stay:
We checked in a little after 2:30 PM and went out to explore without going into the room first. When we returned around 9 PM, we found the room to be quite spacious. However, it didn't feel warm when we first entered, and actually got colder the longer we stayed. I turned on the AC for heat and saw the room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius, but the air blowing out didn't feel warm. Then I noticed the curtains kept moving, and realized someone had kindly opened the window for ventilation and left it open until evening. The front desk was quick to resolve the issue. They first sent a space heater, but it didn't really warm up the room. I wasn't satisfied, so I checked the AC again; it only went up 2 degrees in half an hour, so the heating was very slow. Eventually, the front desk moved us to a different room. Although it wasn't as large as the first one, being warm was the most important thing.

GGuest UserMy teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.
