Experienced the newly opened Atour, tell the heart! The biggest advantage of the new store is that all the equipment is brand new, the room is bright and clean, and there is no need to worry about the old facilities. I like Atour's bed the most. I lie down for a day and decompress it. The sound insulation is also online. The front desk partners are gentle and check in is not delayed. The public area bamboo living atmosphere is very good, you can sit for a while in your free time. Self-service laundry is really a boon for long-distance travelers! A new store that pays attention to detail and is full of temperature, recommended to friends who want to come here.

Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The hotel is located at the intersection of Ziyou Avenue and Renmin Street, not too far from the Puppet Manchukuo Palace, Changchun Film Studio Museum, and Nanhu Park. On the first floor, there's the Novo Cafe with lovely large sofas and quiet coffee seating. The rooms aren't very big, but they have outward-opening windows, ensuring good ventilation and natural light. They are clean and tidy. The breakfast restaurant is on the second floor, offering a rich and delicious breakfast. The housekeeping staff were warm and attentive, thumbs up! 👍 However, the shower barrier in the bathroom is too low, and water easily overflows when showering. The hotel's location is a major transportation hub, so it takes a long time to reach the hotel during evening rush hour due to traffic jams. It's best to avoid this period. The hotel has its own parking lot, but you must enter from Ziyou Avenue. When checking out, the young lady at the front desk was expressionless and didn't even hum, which really brought down the guest experience. If the hotel wants 5-star reviews, they should first make some improvements themselves and enhance their professional etiquette.

Pros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

This hotel is newly opened and is currently the only Atour 4.0 in Changchun. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The pillows were very comfortable, and I slept great both nights. On the first night, there was an issue with the heating in the room's AC, and when I reported it to the front desk, they promptly moved me to another room. We also requested a humidifier and an air purifier, which they quickly provided. The breakfast was good; the wonton noodles made specially by the chef on the first day were delicious, but on the second day, with a different chef, it was just ordinary noodles. Overall, it was a very good two-night stay.

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

I chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly. It's very new and exceptionally clean, even cleaner than some non-pet-friendly hotels. You'll see lots of dogs around! The breakfast area isn't huge, but everything is delicious and has its own unique touch, like homemade yogurt and chocolate spread for toast, which the kids absolutely loved. Despite many dogs staying, you don't have to worry about a bad night's sleep; the hotel has good soundproofing, and all the guests are very considerate and don't disturb each other.

1. I arrived at the hotel around noon, and the front desk informed me that my room wasn't ready yet. So, I left my luggage and went out to explore. I returned around 7 PM to check in. After a long wait of over ten minutes, it was finally my turn. When they scanned my ID, it showed I had already checked in. I told them my luggage was still at the front desk, so how could I have checked in? The staff seemed inexperienced, and the check-in process was very inefficient. 2. In the bathroom, only a few holes in the showerhead were working, indicating that the facilities are not well-maintained. 3. The hotel advertises 159 rooms, but only has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. By 6 AM, there's already a queue at the laundry room, making it very difficult to get a turn. I eventually managed to wash my clothes but had to check out before I could use a dryer. The facilities are insufficient, and it negatively impacted my experience. The gym also has very limited equipment.

Surroundings: Located just over 400 meters from Gongnong Square subway station, with a bus stop right in front and adjacent to Renmin Street, offering convenient transportation. Facilities: We told the front desk staff, Guo Xinyuan and Tian Bo, that we wanted a room on a higher floor with a lake view and a quieter atmosphere, and they readily helped us choose one. The room's orientation and facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful and great. Service: The front desk and room service were very warm and attentive, making for a very good stay. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway and bus stations. Cleanliness: The room facilities were a bit old, but the cleaning was quite good, with timely replacements. For just over 200 yuan, a four-star hotel is quite a good deal.

It's an old state-run hotel, so it generally feels quite traditional and a bit dated, like stepping back ten years. The facilities are a bit old; there was a leak in the shower, and not many power outlets, but it met most basic needs. The breakfast was good; while not as refined as new chain hotels, the dishes were distinctive. The service attitude was excellent, especially Chengcheng from concierge and the intern at the front desk, both deserve praise. I'd suggest putting a power strip behind the nightstand, otherwise, the most conveniently located outlet gets blocked and becomes unusable, which is really inconvenient for charging phones.
