5-Star Hotels in Changchun

The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We received a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival, and in the evenings, they even offered flower tea and milk. Traveling with a baby was made easy with the provided crib, and the water activities were super convenient. The breakfast had a rich and diverse selection. It was a very pleasant trip overall.

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

Exploring different hotels in Changchun, beyond the usual Hyatt, I decided to try the newly reopened Changbaishan Hotel. It definitely has its own unique charm. After its HNA era, this hotel, boasting a prime location between Nanhu Lake and Guilin Road, has undergone a complete renovation and re-opened its doors. The rooms feel much more spacious now, and the design has been thoroughly modernized. The overall service is up to contemporary hospitality standards. I must commend the excellent service and professionalism of the day-shift manager, who was a stark contrast to the night-shift attendant. The south-facing rooms offer pleasant views of Nanhu Lake and Xinmin Street, with good greenery, which definitely improved my mood during the stay. However, the north-facing rooms, overlooking Guilin Road and Tongzhi Street, still felt quite old and dated. My only minor complaint is that the lobby was quite noisy and chaotic due to various graduation banquets and conference receptions. The flow of people could definitely be better managed.

This hotel is really great! I was so surprised they even offer travel photography – I didn't expect that at all. I was in a rush and not exactly a young girl anymore, so I didn't try it this time. But if I have more time next time, I definitely want to give it a go, especially since you get 9 free shots! The voco hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful retro red and black design. Both the lobby and the corridors are super photogenic. The room was clean and luxurious, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much natural light. The ambiance is just perfect, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Hailey Zhang, the receptionist, was so kind and thoughtful, she even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was exquisite, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very close to Jingyuetan, Wanda Plaza, and Siji Nanhe. It's super convenient to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. They even have a thoughtful late-night snack service from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

The room facilities were very clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb, very close to Wanda Plaza and Changchun West Railway Station. The best part is the swimming pool – it's so comfortable to swim in during the summer! The front desk service was incredibly nice!

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

I returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

I brought a client here for a stay, and the hotel's high-end, elegant style was perfect for business discussions and small banquets. The lobby had a subtly luxurious feel, making it a respectable and impressive place to host clients. The guest rooms were clean and spacious, with a simple yet sophisticated design, and my client reported a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, providing attentive and appropriate service throughout. With excellent Chinese and Western dining options, there was no need to go far for a business dinner. The hygiene, dining, and service all met five-star standards, making it our top choice for business meetings and hosting clients!

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

I always have mixed feelings about my stays at Sheraton; it's quite an experience every time: 1. There are no windows that open, and every time I use the AC, I end up with a fever and a respiratory infection. How long has it been since they last cleaned the air conditioning? 2. On the second morning of my stay, when I bent down to pick up a blanket that had fallen, I accidentally discovered how filthy it was under the bed (as pictured). 3. The bathroom had an extremely strong urine odor. On the positive side: 1. After I reported the issues to the staff, the cleaning was done very quickly. 2. They were able to provide a few extra bottles of mineral water. 3. The front desk was kind enough to offer a complimentary children's breakfast.
