JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

TTaisuiyeye**Amenities:** The shower water constantly fluctuated between hot and cold, which was a major deal-breaker and made me abandon my original plan to extend my stay by two days. There was no luggage rack in the room, so I had to open my suitcase on the sofa. On the positive side, the smart toilet was a nice touch.
**Cleanliness:** Excellent.
**Environment:** The Iqun River is right outside, making it very convenient for walks.
**Service:** Excellent, with staff always present at the elevator entrance to guide guests. However, the sales staff were quite annoying; they would approach you for contact information during breakfast or afternoon tea, and when asked for a price quote, they were evasive and unhelpful.

MM52909****The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent, truly living up to its 5-star reputation. It also feels very new and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive variety of choices, and the food quality was superb. Its location right next to a Wanda Plaza is incredibly convenient, with countless dining options just steps away. Getting around from the hotel was also very easy.

MMakebeifuliI returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

GGuest UserCheck-in was efficient and smooth, the room had a great view and was fully equipped, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and Helen, the staff member, provided smiling service throughout and responded to any needs very promptly. GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, well laid out, and offered a fantastic view, letting me enjoy both the sunrise and sunset over Changchun. The bedding and mattress were incredibly comfortable, making for an excellent night's sleep. The water pressure was also stable. The swimming pool at the fitness center was very clean, and the gym equipment was comprehensive. The older gentleman managing the pool added a touch of humorous Northeastern charm to the experience. The breakfast on the first floor was delicious, and the coffee was great too; the vanilla-fried potatoes particularly impressed me.

From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

GGuest UserThe New Century Grand Hotel is located across from the No. 54 tram, and the terminal is just a short walk to the mountain. It's a 5-star hotel with an excellent location, cleanliness, and service. 👍 I was traveling with my child, and the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe suite on the 11th floor. I've traveled to many cities and stayed in many hotels, but one that particularly impressed me was the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, a Platinum Five-Star hotel where I stayed in a suite. A hallmark of a good hotel is excellent service and thoughtful consideration for guests. Breakfast is also very Northeastern-style, featuring dumplings with three fresh fillings, fried bean buns, corn tortillas, steamed potatoes, and steamed eggplant. You have to wait in line for the wonton stew. There's also a wide variety of breads. However, some items were sold out quickly, and the replacement process was a bit slow.
I'd also like to thank Ctrip's customer service for their excellent service. I overbooked, and they even refunded the difference. Thank you.

2270898****I communicated my member benefits in advance and was very pleased to receive a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. When I checked in, I requested a buckwheat pillow and a latex pillow, which were delivered quickly. However, I'm not sure why the duvet was generating static electricity. Overall, I was very satisfied. The lobby is grand, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. I will definitely choose Sheraton again next time.
