Guoxin Nanshan is our top choice for a weekend getaway in Changchun! The room was comfortable and spotless, and they even thoughtfully provided bedtime milk before we slept – so many warm, thoughtful touches everywhere. The front desk lady was super gentle and sweet, and she even gave my daughter a lovely little toy. Right downstairs is a huge water park with clean, well-maintained water. We could float on the lazy river, go down slides, and soak in various therapeutic hot springs. Playing in the water truly washes away all fatigue. The experience was absolutely fantastic, totally worth the trip. We'll definitely be back!

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

During this trip back to Northeast China to visit relatives, I originally planned to stay at another hotel, but seeing a newly opened Lirui Hotel nearby, I decided to give it a try. This impromptu decision turned out to be the warmest part of the entire trip. We arrived at the hotel late at night with my child, and the staff had prepared bread and yogurt for the little one who hadn't eaten dinner. Their words, ”The child can't go hungry,” instantly put my mind at ease. When I asked if they had a crib, they immediately brought out an extra bed and carefully helped us settle in. Even more touching were the thoughtful details: because I didn't want to go downstairs to do laundry, the hotel thoughtfully provided two brand-new laundry basins, a clothes rack, and laundry detergent to be delivered to the room; and since it was Christmas, the receptionist, knowing my child liked toy trains, surprised us with a Christmas train toy. What moved me most was that the hotel, knowing I lived in Hangzhou and hadn't been back to Northeast China for many years, quietly prepared Northeast specialties and a childhood favorite drink, Zhenzhen. This kind of family-like thoughtfulness made us extend our stay for two more nights. Lirui's service was not only professional but also full of human warmth, making our trip home truly heartwarming and touching. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all travelers. I returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

What impressed me most about this stay was the service of the hotel. The hotel is close to the West Ring Road subway station, and the travel is very calm and there is no need to worry about rushing. Pushing open the door, a faint fragrance came, the room was clean as if no one had lived, the sun was sprinkled on the soft carpet through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which made people relax instantly. At breakfast time, I sat by the window, eating a hot breakfast, drinking a strong coffee, and my heart was full of comfort. Xu Wei, the waiter at the front desk, always smiled and spoke softly, making people feel like spring breeze. This is not only a resting place on the journey, but also a warm home. I frequently stay at the Sheraton Gaoxin, and this time I came with friends for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. The room was clean; I had asked the staff to air it out for me in advance, so it felt very comfortable when I walked in. Even though the weather was often rainy, I was still in a great mood. I really love the lighting in the lobby; I always want to take photos whenever I visit. Service: All the staff are excellent. I even bothered them to bring up my late-night takeout order – really appreciate their hard work! Environment: Great, and it smells good! Facilities: Perfect

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

This is an older five-star international hotel in the Jingyue area. Its location is excellent, but the facilities are showing their age, creating a noticeable contrast. The location and surroundings are unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel has strong reception capabilities with relatively comprehensive amenities. There's no robot delivery for food, so you have to pick it up from the lobby yourself. The breakfast is decent, though some of the hot dishes were a bit salty!
