5-Star Hotels in Changchun

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. We had a dedicated butler, whom we added on WeChat, so we could easily ask questions. They were very helpful, providing recommendations for dining and attractions. They even went out of their way to arrange tickets for the hot spring water park for both adults and children for the next day, allowing us to play until 3 PM before heading home. Upon check-in, we received VIP fruit, and milk was delivered in the evening, which the kids loved. The water park deserves a special mention; the children had an absolute blast and are already looking forward to their next visit. We also watched the fireworks in the evening, which were beautiful and spectacular, though my phone couldn't capture the stunning effect seen with the naked eye. For dinner, we went to the second-floor restaurant and ordered a la carte. The steamed white fish was absolutely delicious, enjoyed by both adults and children. We ordered five dishes, and all were fantastic.

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

I booked the hotel as an alternative to other 5-star hotels in the city. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was friendly but the service was a bit pushy for me. The hotel is in prime location with a wonderful view of the river that could be enjoyed through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Sadly, I could not appreciate it as the windows were quite dirty (I could barely see anything). I ended up taking a walk along the river which I did not regret. The bathtub was a bit outdated (mildly put). My second day, I ordered breakfast yet the room service was VERY slow. I anticipated something more client-oriented, modernized, clean, and swift from a 5-star hotel. I enjoyed my stay nevertheless but next time would consider other options.

The room facilities were very clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb, very close to Wanda Plaza and Changchun West Railway Station. The best part is the swimming pool – it's so comfortable to swim in during the summer! The front desk service was incredibly nice!

This hotel is really great! I was so surprised they even offer travel photography – I didn't expect that at all. I was in a rush and not exactly a young girl anymore, so I didn't try it this time. But if I have more time next time, I definitely want to give it a go, especially since you get 9 free shots! The voco hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful retro red and black design. Both the lobby and the corridors are super photogenic. The room was clean and luxurious, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much natural light. The ambiance is just perfect, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Hailey Zhang, the receptionist, was so kind and thoughtful, she even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was exquisite, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very close to Jingyuetan, Wanda Plaza, and Siji Nanhe. It's super convenient to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. They even have a thoughtful late-night snack service from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

I returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

This stay experience was really great! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the beautiful decoration style and the environment was very stylish. Xiao Xu at the front desk was super friendly and the check-in speed was very fast, so I didn't have to wait at all. The room was cleaned spotlessly and lived in peace of mind. Breakfast is even more pleasant, rich and rich, highly recommended to everyone!

The guest rooms were clean and spacious, with a simple yet sophisticated design, and my client reported a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, providing attentive and appropriate service throughout. With excellent Chinese and Western dining options, there was no need to go far for a business dinner. The hygiene, dining, and service all met five-star standards, making it our top choice for business meetings and hosting clients!

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

The hallway had a strong smell of paint. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The room had a bathtub but no disposable tub liner, making it unusable. For a double room, there was only one bath towel. There was no disposable razor either. The breakfast was on par with a budget hotel. This hotel is rated five stars on Trip.com, but overall, the facilities don't live up to the five-star rating.
