JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

MMr.A86I booked the hotel as an alternative to other 5-star hotels in the city. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was friendly but the service was a bit pushy for me. The hotel is in prime location with a wonderful view of the river that could be enjoyed through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Sadly, I could not appreciate it as the windows were quite dirty (I could barely see anything). I ended up taking a walk along the river which I did not regret. The bathtub was a bit outdated (mildly put). My second day, I ordered breakfast yet the room service was VERY slow. I anticipated something more client-oriented, modernized, clean, and swift from a 5-star hotel. I enjoyed my stay nevertheless but next time would consider other options.

GGuest UserThe hotel was amazing! The facilities were advanced and comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym on the second floor. The overall black and red color scheme was perfect for taking photos. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Front desk manager Daniel gave me a detailed introduction to the hotel. When I checked in, my room wasn't cleaned properly, so he took me to the bar and restaurant. I ordered complimentary coffee, and soon I was able to check in using a smart device at the coffee shop. It was quite a novel experience, like visiting a friend's house – relaxed, natural, and the service was genuine. It truly lives up to its reputation as a lifestyle hotel!

MM52909****The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

YYoyoflowerArrived late and the king-size rooms were all taken, so they upgraded me to a suite. The suite was a bit simple in terms of decor but incredibly comfortable. I slept really well thanks to the super comfy mattress and pillows.
Hannan at the front desk was very helpful and even called to book the Chinese restaurant on the third floor for me.
I was in a rush when I left and forgot to return the room key card. I called the front desk, and they checked me out instantly.
Definitely top-notch international service.

MMakebeifuliI returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

GGuest UserI brought my family for a trip around Changchun and chose this Sheraton hotel. Check-in was quick, and they even provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes when they saw I had a child, which I really appreciate.
The gym and pool are on the 5th floor.
I noticed the staff were very proactive in greeting guests and saying hello during my stay, which was excellent.
**Environment:** The location is pretty good; there's a night market nearby where you can grab some BBQ in the evening.
I didn't get to try the buffet restaurant in the evening, but it looked quite busy. I'll have to experience it next time!

Special praise goes to the lady at the first-floor restaurant. We ordered a set meal on the 4th, and when a small issue arose, she promptly and kindly helped resolve it!

From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

When I checked in, I requested a buckwheat pillow and a latex pillow, which were delivered quickly. However, I'm not sure why the duvet was generating static electricity. Overall, I was very satisfied. The lobby is grand, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. I will definitely choose Sheraton again next time.
