JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

TTaisuiyeye**Amenities:** The shower water constantly fluctuated between hot and cold, which was a major deal-breaker and made me abandon my original plan to extend my stay by two days. There was no luggage rack in the room, so I had to open my suitcase on the sofa. On the positive side, the smart toilet was a nice touch.
**Cleanliness:** Excellent.
**Environment:** The Iqun River is right outside, making it very convenient for walks.
**Service:** Excellent, with staff always present at the elevator entrance to guide guests. However, the sales staff were quite annoying; they would approach you for contact information during breakfast or afternoon tea, and when asked for a price quote, they were evasive and unhelpful.

MM52909****The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

The hotel has its own free parking for guests. The overall decor is grand and luxurious, with clean and fresh colors. The accommodation environment is quiet and peaceful. It's very close to Wanda Plaza, with a commercial area nearby, making dining convenient. The room was very clean, and the staff cleaned it daily.

GGuest UserDuring this trip back to Northeast China to visit relatives, I originally planned to stay at another hotel, but seeing a newly opened Lirui Hotel nearby, I decided to give it a try. This impromptu decision turned out to be the warmest part of the entire trip. We arrived at the hotel late at night with my child, and the staff had prepared bread and yogurt for the little one who hadn't eaten dinner. Their words, ”The child can't go hungry,” instantly put my mind at ease. When I asked if they had a crib, they immediately brought out an extra bed and carefully helped us settle in. Even more touching were the thoughtful details: because I didn't want to go downstairs to do laundry, the hotel thoughtfully provided two brand-new laundry basins, a clothes rack, and laundry detergent to be delivered to the room; and since it was Christmas, the receptionist, knowing my child liked toy trains, surprised us with a Christmas train toy. What moved me most was that the hotel, knowing I lived in Hangzhou and hadn't been back to Northeast China for many years, quietly prepared Northeast specialties and a childhood favorite drink, Zhenzhen. This kind of family-like thoughtfulness made us extend our stay for two more nights. Lirui's service was not only professional but also full of human warmth, making our trip home truly heartwarming and touching. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all travelers. Not only can you find accommodation here, but you can also experience a rare sense of warmth and thoughtfulness.

MMakebeifuliI returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

The bedding and mattress were incredibly comfortable, making for an excellent night's sleep. The water pressure was also stable. The swimming pool at the fitness center was very clean, and the gym equipment was comprehensive. The older gentleman managing the pool added a touch of humorous Northeastern charm to the experience. The breakfast on the first floor was delicious, and the coffee was great too; the vanilla-fried potatoes particularly impressed me.

From the moment I checked in, Wang Qiu patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, it is very well maintained, very airy, the room is wide, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful. Especially like the location, opposite the 54 tram station, take one or two stops is Nanyang Road punching point, very convenient! The subway station is also very close, just 5 minutes walk.

2270898****I communicated my member benefits in advance and was very pleased to receive a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. When I checked in, I requested a buckwheat pillow and a latex pillow, which were delivered quickly. However, I'm not sure why the duvet was generating static electricity. Overall, I was very satisfied. The lobby is grand, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. I will definitely choose Sheraton again next time.
