5-Star Hotels in Changchun

The room was well-decorated, clean and practical. The breakfast was very rich and lived up to five-star standards. The art gallery was passable for casual enthusiasts, the Chinese restaurant was good, and we even had a company-run Changchun banquet, which was quite representative. We also tried the steam sauna, and the parking garage was adequate. Overall, it's a top-notch hotel in Changchun. I'll definitely be back next time! Thanks to the housekeeper!

I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Tingting at the front desk for this stay! When I arrived to check in, Tingting was incredibly warm and polite throughout the entire process. She handled everything efficiently and smoothly, so there was no long wait. She was patient and detailed in her communication, proactively informing me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and important notes about room facilities. She even thoughtfully recommended local transportation and dining spots. Later on, when I had some questions, she answered them promptly and kindly, always maintaining a gentle and patient demeanor. Her service was truly heartfelt. Unlike typical mechanical greetings, she was genuinely sincere and attentive to every detail, showing a very high level of professionalism. Excellent front desk service is the face of any hotel, and Tingting's thoughtful and attentive service significantly enhanced my stay. I'm so grateful for her dedicated hospitality; it made my trip feel incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Tingting during your visit, you're guaranteed to have a wonderful experience. This hotel is really great! I was so surprised they even offer travel photography – I didn't expect that at all. I was in a rush and not exactly a young girl anymore, so I didn't try it this time. But if I have more time next time, I definitely want to give it a go, especially since you get 9 free shots! The voco hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful retro red and black design. Both the lobby and the corridors are super photogenic. The room was clean and luxurious, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much natural light. The ambiance is just perfect, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. Hailey Zhang, the receptionist, was so kind and thoughtful, she even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was exquisite, and the hotel's location is fantastic – very close to Jingyuetan, Wanda Plaza, and Siji Nanhe. It's super convenient to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. They even have a thoughtful late-night snack service from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

The receptionist, Ms. Xu, was incredibly friendly and efficient, checking me in was quick and easy, with no waiting whatsoever. The room was spotless, making me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was a delightful surprise—a wide variety and a generous spread; I highly recommend it!

I returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

The most impressive part of this stay was definitely the professional and thoughtful service from the front desk staff! They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

The New Century Grand Hotel is located across from the No. 54 tram, and the terminal is just a short walk to the mountain. It's a 5-star hotel with an excellent location, cleanliness, and service. 👍 I was traveling with my child, and the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe suite on the 11th floor. I've traveled to many cities and stayed in many hotels, but one that particularly impressed me was the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, a Platinum Five-Star hotel where I stayed in a suite. A hallmark of a good hotel is excellent service and thoughtful consideration for guests. Breakfast is also very Northeastern-style, featuring dumplings with three fresh fillings, fried bean buns, corn tortillas, steamed potatoes, and steamed eggplant. You have to wait in line for the wonton stew. There's also a wide variety of breads. However, some items were sold out quickly, and the replacement process was a bit slow. I'd also like to thank Ctrip's customer service for their excellent service. I overbooked, and they even refunded the difference. Thank you.
