Traveling solo in Singapore, I found this capsule hotel's location to be excellent. A short walk to the left brings you to the police station landmark, and it's also very close to Marina Bay. The MRT station is about 700-800 meters away, which made for a bit of a trek when returning at night, but manageable. The hotel's interior is really impressive, truly. You have to wear slippers inside the capsule area, which keeps things smelling fresh. All the guests I encountered were polite and respected the quiet atmosphere. The restrooms are shared, but they're cleaned immediately after each use. There are about 8-9 toilets, all with separate wet and dry areas, so waiting in line was rarely an issue. Hair dryers, shower gel, and shampoo are all provided. The front desk staff were very friendly, always greeting me whenever we crossed paths. As a 180cm tall man, I could fully stretch out on the bed. The bedside locker also offered ample storage. However, being located on Clarke Quay's bar street, there can be some noise if you're in a window-side capsule around 7-8 PM. That said, the windows can't be opened, and the sound wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep. The hotel offers a great selection of free amenities like toothbrushes, earplugs, and razors, all disposable and self-service. They even provide complimentary sanitary pads, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was definitely a good experience with excellent privacy.

Decent Capsule Hotel with Great Staff, But a bit noisy and issues for a Return Stay The Positives: * Warm Welcome: The first impression was pleasant. The female receptionist gave an excellent tour, and Izzudeen was highly attentive, greeting me and consistently checking on my room issues. * Convenient Location: Great spot within walking distance to Arab Street and 14 minutes from Bugis. It feels very safe for solo female travellers. * Thoughtful Amenities: Free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, earplugs, slippers), shoe lockers, storage space under the bed, and a level 3 reception area with filtered water, coffee machine and a fridge. The Pod & Bathroom Setup: * Single Pod: Keycard-accessible with a desk and spare blanket. Be sure to request a bottom bunk to avoid stairs. * Bathroom Tips: Use the middle bathroom (the ones by the windows get very hot). Shampoo and body wash are provided, though the hand soap dispensers are hard to squeeze. Taps run on a short 3-second automatic timer. The Issues: * High Noise Levels: The open metal wiring on the ceiling means zero soundproofing. You can hear everything from neighbouring coughs and loud AC units to the nearby mosque prayers and automatic toilets flushing every few seconds. * Thin Walls: On my second day, I could clearly hear intimate noises between a man and a woman next door. Management couldn’t do much as the exact room was hard to identify. - On the third day, my pod door locked me out twice. First, it was because of a system reset and then the battery was dying. The staff used an item to open the door but it was still frustrating. No one else seem to have this issue. On my final day at 4 am the battery failed again. It was quite noisy and they finally tried replacing it at 4 am. I feel bad disturbing the neighbours and I also don’t understand why they didn’t change it yesterday afternoon instead of 4 am. Perhaps they weren’t aware or unable to. - *Update: It seems the physical door wasn’t working. They should have called yesterday to fix it. I have to leave my door open every time I go out so I’m glad I’m checking out today. Fortunately I’m in Singapore so hopefully no one will steal my belongings. * Plumbing & Odours: The toilets clog easily if too much paper is used, and the combo bathroom sink drains very slowly. There is also a persistent sewer smell both in the bathroom and right outside the hotel exit. * Minor Inconveniences: The lift broke down once (though fixed within an hour). Verdict: Overall, it is a decent capsule hotel with lovely, helpful staff who communicate promptly sometimes via WhatsApp. However, due to the plumbing issues, lock malfunctions, and extreme lack of noise privacy, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. O

I am quite a regular here. Was disappointed that one of the channels of the goggle box was not working and hence, could not watch one of the programs that I was looking forward to! I usually don’t like to bother the staff unless absolutely necessary! There was also “pouring”and “splashing”of water sounds every now and then at the air conditioner’s vent at the ceiling! All others still acceptable for a short stay.

This was my first time in Singapore, and I stayed for 8 nights straight, looking for an apartment while staying here. The environment is relatively quiet. Occasionally, there are noisy people talking on the phone constantly, but a gentle reminder usually solves the issue. Overall, it's pretty quiet. It's about a 12-minute walk to the MRT station, or 10 minutes if you walk faster. There's a 7-Eleven about 5 minutes away. Laundry costs 5 SGD per wash and 5 SGD per dry. There are plenty of good eateries downstairs. In general, it's quite convenient, though the shower area is a bit small and hot.

Our room, though small, was clean and tidy, which made for a very pleasant stay. The whole hotel had a fresh feel to it, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Both female receptionists we encountered, and the male receptionist with darker skin, provided excellent service. The hotel offers luggage storage, and its location is very close to the MRT station for Sentosa, with a large shopping mall nearby. It's an excellent place to stay if you're visiting Universal Studios. I'd like to advise others considering the same room type that, although our room had a glass window, it couldn't be opened. It can get a bit stuffy without the air conditioning on.

My impression of the stay was positive. The hostel looks well-maintained, it was clean in the room and common areas, which is especially important for this type of accommodation. The conditions were comfortable enough: you can calmly spend the night, rest, and use everything you need. The location and overall environment made the stay convenient and peaceful

Actually we stayed this hotel first time and we continued many nights so this is a looking comfortable economic place where can survive in Singapore but unfortunately cannot find the room are engagedfully online system so I have to move to other place but anyhow good people good hospitality taking care nice way

We booked two rooms for four guests. While one room was acceptable and had properly functioning air conditioning, the experience with the second room was extremely disappointing. Initially, we were assigned a room where the air conditioner was leaking water directly onto the bed. The bed was positioned against the wall directly beneath the air conditioner, making the room unusable. We immediately reported the issue, and the hotel staff agreed to move us to another room. This gave us the impression that they were already aware of the problem. Before leaving the hotel, we briefly tested the replacement room, and it appeared to be functioning normally. However, when we returned at night and went to sleep, the problems became much more serious. Although the air conditioner was set to 16°C, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night, with an estimated temperature of 25–26°C. It felt as though only a fan was running, making it very difficult to sleep. In addition, the air conditioner continued leaking water onto the floor, creating a safety hazard. The unit also produced a loud, continuous noise similar to a cricket chirping, which disturbed our sleep for the entire night. I recorded a video as evidence, but unfortunately Trip.com only allows photo uploads. To make matters worse, the water faucet in the bathroom also leaked during use, indicating poor maintenance of the room. Overall, this room clearly suffered from multiple maintenance issues, including: A malfunctioning and leaking air conditioner. Ineffective cooling despite being set to the lowest temperature. Excessive noise from the air-conditioning unit. A leaking bathroom faucet. This experience fell well below the standard we expected. We paid for a comfortable stay but instead experienced an uncomfortable and sleepless night due to issues that should have been identified and repaired before the room was offered to guests. Given the number and severity of the maintenance problems, we believe appropriate compensation is warranted. We also hope the hotel will address these issues promptly so that future guests do not have the same experience.

Thus hotel is in a good location and it has a windo inside the room we can open it to get fresh air. But the air conditioner is a little bit old.
